I'm enjoying their getting to know one another.  It's nice to see him healed and eager to move along.  Oh, I know you could go either way with this, but I hope he remembers this part of his life when and if he gets his memory back.

I liked the chuckle over Hermione’s reaction to the kiss. I think she’s wrong, just because he gets his memory back doesn’t mean that Raven will disappear. What it will mean is that Raven will have to come to terms with the man he is and the man he was. He will have to face everything that he obviously ran from and wanted to avoid (subconsciously).

His reaction to the healing of his scar was priceless. I think I read it twice cuz it was so sweet.

Oh I hope he does not regain his memory only to end up hating Hermione. His affection for her is so spontaneous and seems so innocent, like a new being come to life.

What a beautiful concept.  I hope that Raven or Severus remembers all he has been through with Hermione while healing and recovering his magic.  I think they are both being given some beautiful gifts to be able to get to know each other in such an unguarded fashion.

Whilst I can't help but feel glad that Severus will hopefully get his memory back I, like many others, am worried that this could be the beginning of the end for their 'relationship'; please tell me it won't be! I'm so looking forward to reading more of this! :-)

I can perfectly understand why Hermione wants to protect her heart.  She must be both worried and hopeful that he will find his way.

This is getting pretty scary now for both of them.  It appears things can only go downhill from here.  I'm not sure I agree with Hermione's willingness to take away Raven's piece of mind.  Severus Snape will have little reason to smile when he gets his memories back.Regardless, I'm looking forward to reading more.

Oh that kiss was the perfect ending to this chapter.  I think 'Raven' is much nicer for the loss of his memory.

Oh Jeannie!  I love this chapter.  The things Severus told Hermione about what it was like for him when he woke up not knowing who he was or why he was in so much pain made me wince.  How awful it would be to find yourself in such dire straits and have no memory of who you are or what had happened!

Finding his potions laboratory was so cool.  I had to laugh when he realized that lizard eyes would be part of the healing potion he would have to take.  He really has become "too much of an ordinary human."  I hope they will be able to complete the potion soon and he can get some relief from the pain.  And then there is the matter of the memory restore potion.  Of course they have to try to get his memory back, but maybe after he gets over the shock of remembering all the things that have take place in his life, he will see his way clear to hold onto those aspects of Raven that are good and kind.When he kissed Hermione softly and thanked her, I wanted to cheer and clap!  Wonderful chapter, dear, and I can't wait to see what you have in store for our hero and heroine in future chapters!Beth
