Both seem so desperate, scraping the bottom of the barrel.  How long is your tortuous path to redemption?

As the saying goes, 'there's only one way to go when you've hit rock bottom and that's up!'  It certainly looks as if Snape has hit 'rock bottom' but all my hopes are now pinned on Herminone and a return to the wizarding world.  This looks like being a really good read; I look forward eagerly to the next update.  Good stuff! :-)
