LIke a friend - the wand recognized it's owner. I'm glad it was still there. Nice that he returned, but then, she is the only person to show him kindness in the last few, weeks, year? What's going to happen when he discovers that he's a powerful, maybe more, than she is?

Oh great job deplicitng a vagabond drunk Snape - er, Raven.  But he left? Maybe kicking him in the grion wasn't such a bright thinkg to do.

intriguing start. Oh, such a miserable existance - but war does this sometimes to people.

I love your story. It really touched me yesterday when I red it, I even thought about it in bed before sleeping. The tears in Severus' eyes were heartbreaking. Will your story be long (40 chapters) or shorter (20)? Are you posting on another site?Hope to read un update soon :)

Even with no memory Snape doesn't get a break.

So far I found the premise of this story fairly realistic.  I can easily see how this could have happened and has happened to veterans of war who did not have a good network of friends and family to come home too.I'm hoping the brightest witch of the age can swing things around.

What a sad existence for someone like Severus.  Not quite sure what to think of his reaction to her dreaming.  I'm sure she'll eventually tell him of Harry, but how will that dream affect him?

I had to laugh at Hermione kneeing 'Raven' in the groin.  Inappropriate I know, but it struck me as funny.

What a sad start, quite depressing actually.  Well, things can only improve.

How sad to see both of them in this state.  I can't imagine why Severus turned to the bottle the way he has and I suspect that if he remembered who he was he would be disgusted with himself.

Will Harry (and with it the memory of Lily) haunt the poor man even now?Can't wait to read more!/M

What a horrid life.  I'm glad he came back at least, now she has a chance to help him and Harry.  It's nice to see Hermione looking forward to something and planning.  Raven's appearance has certainly helped a little.

Raven is definitely a good name for Severus, it suits him perfectly. Poor man, he's been through so much, I hope Hermione can help him! Such a sad story so far, but I'm really enjoying it.
