Journey?  Ooooo... this sounds like a thrilling adventure is in the wings!Hermione's and Raven's return to Hogwarts could not have gone better.  It must have given Raven a great sense of relief to be able to hear from Dumbledore's own mouth that he held absolutely no animosity toward him for killing him.“Of course not, son. It was I who asked the terrible task of you. We both had to make horrendous choices and sometimes carry out terrible deeds to get through that war. I know what I asked of you broke your heart.” A twinkle returned to his eye. “I see you have a lot of support now.”I loved how Minerva and Albus reacted to Raven and Hermione's obvious feelings for one another.  This is a good omen, I think.  Despite the older couple's surprise, they gave every appearance that they were glad the younger couple had such a close bond.Marvelous chapter, Jeannie!  Simply marvelous!Beth

And the plot thickens...  This story has been a very good read, I'm enjoying it a lot.

I'm so glad that he was able to 'meet' up with Dumbledore and that the old wizard was able to reassure him over his death.  Bit by bit Severus is starting to be put back together again I believe.  I'm now far less worried than originally about him actually getting his memory back; I think by the time that happens he will have actually become 'Raven' who surely is just his true self any way!BTW: I love the idea that Severus made perfume for Minerva McGonagall when he was Potions master - wonder what he called it?  Think Poison has already been done but, then again in his current persona as 'Raven', I guess it would be something much lighter and sweeter - 'Angel' maybe!! :-)

I'm guessing he won't find getting his memories back to be an easy thing. I really like this version of Snape, I hope some of it sticks around.

*sigh* I have been following this story since the first chapter - please excuse me for not leaving a review after each and every one. I love the idea of Snape losing his entire memory, giving room to his true, unspoilt self before he remembers to be a bastard again. And I am very much looking forward to this journey you are hinting at.

Ah, good, Severus has forgiveness and Raven a sense of release. I loved Minerva's responce to seeing him.

phew!  that went better than I expected.  Minerva was wise in clearing out the portraits until her visitors arrived, and I'm glad Raven let her hug him.  it will be good for Hermione to have help with restoring Raven's memory and paying for expenses.  thank you for the new chapter!
