Age 59, I have been a Severus and Alan Rickman fan for a couple years. I post SS/HG stories.
I went to NY last week to see Seminar (Jan 4, 20012) It was wonderful.
Shades of Severus in his character and his house. I was priviledge to see Alan up close an personal after the play.

It was good that Dumbledore and McGonagall are accepting of Severus and Hermione's relationship.I wonder where they will be going on this journey?

Conflict is not easy for me to write, I like happy people but there will be touch times. I hope you like their big adventure.
Why was Grendel able to heal without much effect to himself? What was different this time?

The children somehow gave him their love and engery and revitalized him. He'd never seen children before, Severus didn;t kow that would help him.

Funny I picture him the size of a huge bear with a huge snout and many rows of teeth like a shark but also with big puppy dog eyes.I'm glad you liked it.
Severus is so precious, I just love him. I Know that this great bunch of magical folk will be able to heal him.

Thank you, I'm glad you picked that up. It does make for future stories. In fact I started a Christmas future chapter I've had in my head. A look into their live's 5 years in the future. Not sure if it will be an epiolugue or not.
Poor Hermione, loosing her parents so young must be very hard.

Yes, I imagine it is. My parents are gone 30 somthing years in between but its still hard.
Raven seems very sweet, but I like my Snape with a little edge to him. I hope when he gets his memory back that he keeps some of the sweetness but gets his snarky attitude back.

We have 6 mroe chapters to go so enjoy them. I think you'll enjoy the ending, really no epilogue so far. I had a short for the end thats not written but hey maybe Ill go ahead and add it as an epilogue :)
It was such a lovely and romantic engagement party Severus surprised Hermione with. I'm so glad that he has come to be comfortable with the integration of Raven into his life. The description of the engagement ring he gave her was beautiful, and I imagine what it would look like. What witch wouldn't love that ring! But it has such special meaning to the two of them with the cauldron and the potion and the raven's wings. It was perfect, Jeannie!Beth

Ack, I have missed so many chapters! I'm now reading through them like a madwoman... 
Loved the party, and the suprise engagement announcement from Severus. But my favorite part was when the two of them were literally running back to their rooms afterwards! I'd say Hermione's not the only one who's impatient! Not that I can blame her, mind you.
