Age 59, I have been a Severus and Alan Rickman fan for a couple years. I post SS/HG stories.
I went to NY last week to see Seminar (Jan 4, 20012) It was wonderful.
Shades of Severus in his character and his house. I was priviledge to see Alan up close an personal after the play.

Surprising Hermione with a Muggle wedding at St. Patrick's is the sort of thought thing Severus and Raven would have done. I laughed at the thought of Dumbledore trying to look like a still painting, and having all their "family" there was a special touch.I enjoyed seeing Mary again. The wonderful things Severus had done for her and the others is just the kind of things I imagine he would do for the woman who helped him survive until Hermione met him.Now they will have their magical wedding at the Burrow surrounded by their wizarding friends and family. Where will they go on their honeymoon, I wonder?Way to go, Jeannie. I'm looking forward to the next chapter!Beth

Yes Albus has to go every where, he needs to be there with everypone else LOL Silly but hey I'm very sentimental.I'm glad you liked Mary and what He did for her. I wish I had money to help people with. I've done as much as I can this year.Yes now they have their magical wedding, Its been a fun ride and with two more chapters and the new Epilogue I wrote its almost done.I hope to get it loaded in its final version in a day or two.Thanks Beth, Merry ChristmasHugs Jeannie

LOL Yep he knows him, this critter takes on an important role in the story.
Good chapter, it showed Hermione's anger and weakness and let Raven show his strength and restraint.

The Complex characters really make this story special. Raven's personality is so different from Snapes that I can't wait to see how they work together once he gets his memory back.

Thank you for the compliment. You've got a way to go to get there. Yes they were very different. Raven's like an innocent child in a man's body. a follower really. Gentel and loving.
This chapter is so sweet and filled love. I was very happy that Grendel restored Magi's health, and it was fitting that the children restored Grendel's energy. I had a picture in my mind of all the dancing and singing, and of faces lit by the light of the fire. I think Severus' lair will be a special place for him and Hermione to go when they want to get away by themselves. Thanks for this lovely update, Jeannie!Beth

Thanks, I really never thought about it. Maybe 100 or more years maybe more. I think it would be nice if he was there to care for their future children don't you and maybe their children.
