You can't blame Severus for being annoyed that he put in so much time with Minerva, and suddenly once she is awake, she is surrounded by a huge crowd.  I really loved the unspoken exchange between Severus and Minerva.  And he told Hermione he loved her without being prompted.  He is making serious progress!  I was in such a hurry to get to the end of this tale, but now that we are on the verge, I don't want it to end.  Am I ever happy?!  You'll just have to start posting your next masterpiece soon.

Although serious, I'm glad Minerva's ailing was relatively mild. I mean, it was nothing terminal. (And nothing to do with Crookshanks either :-) )Regarding Alica, on second thoughts, she won't have to worry about grants or awards anymore. Maybe I even envy her... :-)

If Severus knows what he wants to do next, it sounds like a proposal in the near future. Especially he finally told Hermione that he loved her before she said anything. I share Severus' sentiments regarding Minerva's well-wishers. They were not around to take care of her, or in healing her. I'm sure he'll let them know soon enough.

I think they are so very right. They are going to be awfuly busy for a long moment. But I'm sure a nice little dog with a fluffy bow would be a wonderful accessorie for the wedding and a nice toy for Donovan. (I know animals are no toys but jut this once please). *evil grin*

OMG a chihuahua!!!! That's too funny!!! Of all things Minerva could be sick with, it just had to be something so simple as cat flu. Since Hermione has a cat, I'm sure she had a moment when she wanted to smack herself. I'm looking forward to how their reunion with Minerva goes.

I've been following along for a bit.  Can I make a prediction?  Luna knows Hermione's pregnant.  Right?  TELL ME I'M RIGHT!  :)  I like how long it is and rightfully so.  I like getting more in depth with the storylines.  I see the next chapter is coming soon so I can see if I'm right then!  Woo!

ruh roh, hopefully that's good news.  That dog is perfect for Alicia.  LOLZ  I think the wait is definitely a good idea.

I hope Minerva asking for them is a good sign that she is feeling better.  I never know with you ;)  I'd say leave Alicia as a dog, but who wants to give dogs such a bad name!  She definitely got what was coming to her, and I hope she's learned her lesson, but those types never do.  Alicia is taken care of (in a very funny way, I might add), Minerva is taken care of (hopefully), that just leave Severus and Hermione to have some alone family time.  They've had all the excitement, good and bad, that they need for a lifetime.  Looking forward to a happy ending for them!

So happy that Miss Maines was turned into a little dog, though she deserved much worse. I hope everything workes in Minerva's favor and she gets cured so she can get back to Hogwarts and Severus can spend more time with his family.Great chapter.
