Forty-something, married, Professional Colorist seeks intelligent, scrawny man with misunderstood past. Tattoos a plus, snarkiness a must.
My interests include: Eating, breathing, napping, swearing and chocolate; as well as long, romantic walks from the refrigerator to my computer.
Needed skills must include: Foot massage, adoration, feeding my kids for me and ironing my husband's work clothes, along with sneering, looming, staring at me with desire, and reading whatever I hand you into my ear in a sultry tone.

I am honored that you were so touched by my story! Thank you!
I liked the way you ended the epilogue from a different POV. Wrapped it all up beautifully. :)
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
I wasn't sure it it would come off as too gimicky, but I needed to step outside for you to see in better. If that makes sense.
I Loved every minute of it! Sad that its over though. Great job!
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
You can always read it again! *wink* So glad you enjoyed it, thank you for all your reviews!
A very fitting end to a complex and fascinating story. I loved the way Hermione was still able to communicate with Ron and Harry, althoughthere was a poignant sadness there, as with the story of her parents.A shame that even Severus was not able to reverse the memoryspell. The gradual unfolding of Severus into the person he always shouldhave been was very well written, and the whole story is one of thebest that I've ever read.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you so very much! I am super excited that you enjoyed the gradual unfolding, that was my main impetus in writing the fic.
Great ending to a wonderful story... I totally wanted to cry when I read the part about her parents though :(
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Yeah, losing the parents was a dreadful blow. Good thing she had a supportive man with her.
I Loved every minute of it! Sad that its over though. Great job!

Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
I know! THis story has taken a large chunk of 2010 to post, being 40 chapters, and I am really glad you were along for the whole ride. Mucho Smoochies to you, my dear. :))
What a true triumph this story has been. I haven't reviewed in a long time (and at a different site this time ... whoops!) simply because Real Life, such as it is, has only allowed me enough time to steal to read it, but let me assure you that I have so loved reading this lovely creation. It has been a wonderful journey from start to finish. I hope to see much more from you in the future. Be proud, this was a brilliantly composed work.Kudos to you.~~ ** Lady Tuesday ** ~~

I am so glad you liked my story. I certainly know how RL can interfere with fun, so I am glad you got the stolen moments to enjoy.
This is truely an amazing story. I have devoured every chapter. I find the last one very satisfying, seeing the two of them many years later still happy, still passionate about life and each other. I'm glad you added the part that was NOT told in the first person. What a relief it must have been for you to write it. Very effective in giving us the snapshot of what will be the rest of their lives.I think my favorite part is that the young girls all have a crush on the Headmaster. I know I would in their place. ;).Well done. One of my all-time favorites.

Wonderful ending to a beautiful, complex story. I loved what you did with all the characters throughout your story. You have a good eye for detail, building a strong plot and a wonderful turn of phrase in dialogue. I look forward to your next posting. Thanks again for sharing, JoAnne

Wow!! I'm so happy that the story ended on a happy note... but sad that it had to end. Thank you for the amazing journey this story has taken us on!!!!
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you for your amazing reviews!
I love, love, love this story so much and I'm really not ready for it to end. The epilogue was a beautiful chapter full of the fulfilled promises that Severus and Hermione made to each other. It's hard to believe that a story I almost didn't read past the first chapter has become my favorite story ever. This was so beautifully written and I really do appreciate you sharing it. I will read anything you write. I am really going to miss reviewing your story, I have totally enjoyed that part too. You are a wonderful author and I hope you continue to write fan fiction.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
I have looked forward to each and everyone of your reviews! I'm also sad that it's done. Thank you for all of your thoughts, comments and reaction, they were thrilling to read.
Aaaaaaaw! I read this first on ff.net, or wherever it was you posted it first, and loved it. How delightful to be able to read it again here- I loved it once, and now I love it again. This was an excellent story, with good original characters, and an excellently done romance to boot. Outstanding!
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you! I'm really glad you found it here. It was much more polished and I managed to fix a few of the errors in the ff.n version.
Fantastic epilogue! You've rounded it all out nicely - thank you for sharing! :)

Thank you! I'm really very glad you enjoyed it!
I can't help but have a smile on my face throughout this chapter. It's fantastic how you manage to torture them profusely and yet give them the greatest pleasure simultaneously! Looking forward to seeing what happens next!
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
I'm so glad! This was one of my favorite chapters!
That was an awesome chapter! Perfect. I love that he is now Minister of Magic, and that, of course, he hates every minute of it. But they are both quick studies. They will master the essentials of their new posts (and parenthood) in no time, and the wizarding world will be a much safer and better place for it.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you! I'm thrilled you liked it!
I love the proposal. Very typical of them both.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Well, they just don't seem like the mushy type, either of them...
I have been following this story all the way through!!! It is absolutely wonderful and I cannot wait for the rest!

I had a feeling you couldn't be THAT evil. Whew!
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Oh, but I am! But I thought I would see how the other half lived...
You have outdone yourself with this chapter! That's not any easy thing to do. I absolutely adore the idea of Harry and Ron being with her all of this time, and being responsible for returning Snape to her.I assumed that she was pregnant from the comment made by Harry in the last chapter. I did not see them making him minister. It makes sense with all of the casualties on their side that they didn't have a lot to choose from. And they probably thought it an honor for him, which he really does deserve, for not only his recent brilliance, but his years of service. Still, it does seem unfair that after all of this, he can't have a moment of peace. Still, once they get things up and running all he has to do is hire the right people, and then he can sit back a bit and relax. Maybe for the first time ever. Leave it to him to just toss everyone at Hogwarts. Made me laugh, but why not?I'm sure they will be great parents. They don't realize that not a single person out there knows what to do the first time. They deserve so much happiness and I am glad you are giving it to them.I especially love the very end where clearly they want nothing more than to spend the rest of their lives together, but he is too exhausted to properly propose, and she is too tired to properly accept. It truly is meant to be! I will be sorry to see this end, but this has been such an amazing journey for them and for us as readers. I'm ready for their happily ever after.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you so very much! I have loved each and every one of your reviews. We're into the wind down now, but there's still two more chapters to come!
'nuff said.
Response from joyfulheart (Reviewer)
OK, I lied, I need to ask a few more questions...What happens with Minerva's ghost? Is she still angry at Severus? Does Hermione ever reunite with her parents. Is this the last chapter or will there be an epilogue? Anyway loved, loved, loved it. I will be sorry not to have it to look forward to anymore.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
LOL! I'm only answering one question. because I ran out of evil cliffies and need to find a way to make you suffer more. One more chap and then the epilogue.
Such a beautiful chapter! Will she remember this "visit" with Harry and Ron, when she can't seem to remember the others?
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Not very well, but now that she knows she's not just crazy, she will get better at it...
