Forty-something, married, Professional Colorist seeks intelligent, scrawny man with misunderstood past. Tattoos a plus, snarkiness a must.
My interests include: Eating, breathing, napping, swearing and chocolate; as well as long, romantic walks from the refrigerator to my computer.
Needed skills must include: Foot massage, adoration, feeding my kids for me and ironing my husband's work clothes, along with sneering, looming, staring at me with desire, and reading whatever I hand you into my ear in a sultry tone.

I am sooo glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for your wonderful review!
I found this story when you were about 10 chapters in and I was offline when you completed it. I'm thrilled to see it finished. It's well written and your Hermione and Snape made me smile, laugh and cry. It doesn't get better than that.Your story-line had no loose ends, it flowed easily and oozed originality. Kudos to you!Thank you for a great read.

Oh, I have been wondering for weeks when the epilogue would be finished only to find that I somehow missed it. I was so excited to find it tonight. YAY! What a sweet ending to a passionate, tragic, exciting (throw in any other adjective you want and it will apply)..story. I loved it. It will take place amongst my favorite library! Thanks again

LOL! In the first draft there were eight children, but most of them were cut in teh final edit.Thank you for all of your reviews!
I think that it is difficult to write a good epilogue, and while most are usually decent, this is one of the rare fantastic ones. Not that I should be surprised given the quality that has been present since the first word of the first chapter. You tell us so much about what has happened and to whom without it getting too wordy or repetitious. They got their happily ever after, and that is all I ever wanted for them. Please don't let this be you last story. Thank you so much for sharing such a great story.

Thank you for each and every one of your reviews!
Brilliant, absolutely stunningly brilliant. I've really enjoyed the whole story and the epilogue almost had me in tears at its perfectness. I'm so glad that everything worked out (quite realistically, some problems can't be solved and some things are a struggle). Anyway, thank you for a wonderful story, I'm now going to read it as one big chunk!
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Oh thank you! I hope you enjoy a second read! THere were some goodies in there that become more apparent when you already know what's going on, like the fact that Snape had been reading her mind from that first moment...
I would have done a write-in vote for Severus too, lol. Thank you for an outstanding, original story. I've enjoyed it from start to finish.

Next up: Happily ever after...
Things are turning out better for them than I ever dreamed, Minister of magic, Chief Witch of the Wizengamot, a wedding and a baby. What more could two people in love ask for.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Peace and quiet... lol!
That was a beautiful tribute to the fallen. :)

Epilogue coming!
I BELIEVE THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST STORIES I HAVE EVER READ IN FAN FICTION. THE HIGHS & LOWS ARE BETTER THAN THE BEST ROLLERCOASTER IMAGINABLE. KEEP UPS THE GOOD WORK. I AM SAD TO SEE IT COMING TO A CLOSE. I HOPE YOU PLAN A SEQUEL. I COULD STAND SOME MORE CHALLENGES FOR THESE BRAVE SOULS, PUTTING THE WIZARDING WORLD BACK TOGETHER. THANKS YOU FOR A MARVELOUS STORY! I AGREE, SHAME ON YOU FOR MAKING ME WANT TO CRY SO EARLY IN THE DAY.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you so much for your review! The rest of the tale will come to a close in the Epilogue.
I'm glad its not over, but that would have been a beautiful place to close. Love the wall, good use of modern invention-- thinking of WWII and Vietnam memorials. I got to see the traveling Holicaust exhibt and the mini wall memorial with it; inspiring and saddening at the same time.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
I think we don't use memorial walls and monuments enough anymore. Tangible things are important, I think.
That was beautiful...And shame on you for making someone cry at work so early in the morning :-P
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Awww. Thank you!
This chapter was beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes. And Whitehound was wise to request it.I like the fact that Severus had an "experience" when Nagini bit him. Such things change a person in a deep way.Great story.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
True. I was really moved by this chapter after I wrote it. Before I wrote it, I was exhausted and dreading it, but I think it wrote itself.
What a nice chapter. Sad, yes, but beautiful and inspiring. They have put the past to rest and everyone can begin the first day of the rest of their lives. The memorial wall was a nice touch, and Severus did a nice job with his eulogy. I am looking quite forward to a happy ending.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Happy ending is in the queue!
A lovely chapter, but a sad one. I had tears in my eyesfor Minerva, and for all of the dead, but it was beautifullywritten.

Thank you for a hauntingly beautiful chapter. The wall is a wonderful tribute to everyone.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you for your lovely review!
lovely. though it might not be true, I can help but think your wall was inspired by, and picture, the Vietnam War Memorial.thank you for your time and effort, I enjoy each update.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Indeed it was. Thank you for your reviews!
Very touching wrap up. I teared up when she put Harry's name next to Ron's. I am so glad Minerva had something to smile at when she crossed over. I look forward to your epilogue.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
Thank you. It was an emotional chapter to write. The Epilogue has just entered the queue!
The memorial was too beautiful for words, it brought me to tears.
Response from Aurette (Author of The Princess of Gryffindor)
And that is the highest praise. Thank you.
