Reviews for The Godfather
Good Ol' Hermione. She certainly has a way to pull the punches. Great intro. Looking forward to the next chapter!
I thought Harry indicated to her to stay where she was when Snape was talking, which made it seem he wanted her there?
Such an intense chapter. Oh my, and things are going very, very badly.
I'm eager to see what happens next!
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Well, I rather understood that he wanted her to freeze and become invisible. The sound of her mounting the stairs again would certainly have interrupted the conversation.

Ah, that makes sense. I continue to really enjoy this story.
It is good to see the crabby bastard crack! I had hoped he and Harry could share some Lily bonding time. Rats!
Hermione really needs to let go of the past! It is pathetic that she still cares about a potions grade long after she has left Hogwarts. Move on girlie!!
Our hearts are breaking for him! This is such a wonderful story, please don't make us wait to long for the next chapter. I'm sure Severus will have a few things to say to Hermione
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Oh, you can rely on that! The next chapter is in the process of being validated.
This is another beautiful one. I love the way you're picturing Snape and how he could be so overwelmed by a single photo. Great job.
That was a powerful chapter.
She should not have eavesdropped, if she is berated this time, she deserves it!
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
don't worry - she's in for some hard times (does this actually sound all right in English???)
Response from sunny33 (Reviewer)
sounds fine, just a little suggestive!
I wonder what Severus will now say to Hermione, since she intruded upon him without warning. Hopefully Christmas morning isn't too awkward.
poor Hermione, and poor Severus.
I like seeing this tentative friendship between Harry and Severus. And I like seeing Hermione (perhaps) realizing she worries too much about other people's opinions of her. Good Chapter!
Well, Severus is brutally honest, isn't he? But there are worse people in the world than those who cannot be insincere. Thank you and Marisol for this chapter!
Another really great chapter! Keep posting!!
Hermione may just me in a world of trouble about now. I have to admit your premise is very interesting.
Oh, how very sad!Thank you again for translating this beautiful story, and Marisol for writing it.
I like this full-of-flaws Hermione. It's a change from all the stories where she's too perfect.
Considering what we saw of Hermione in Slughorn's Potions class (HBP), Snape's evaluation of Hermione's potion 'talents' was spot on. There is a distinct difference between simply applying knowledge and having a 'feel' for a subject. On the other hand, she often used her ability to apply and perform charms and spells to her and her friends great benefit, so it's not really fair of Snape to disregard that. (Then again, when has he ever been 'fair' to the trio...) Wonderfully in character and I can't wait for more. Please, hurry up and translate some more!!
Dang, I was hoping he'd kiss her when he grabed he like that. A nod to Clark Gabel sorta.
This is excellent!
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Well, that's what I thought when I found the story on the German FF site. Chapter 23 has just been posted there - loads of work ahead!
I'm glad he changed his mind. I just wished Hermione was the Godmother, so they'll have to spend time together.
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Well, wouldn't that be way too obvious...
Brilliant! Really enjoying the story
Thant you!
This is quite interesting.
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Yes, Marisol really has a knack for psychologically interesting constellations - and she describes them in a magnificent way.
Well, I guess even negative attention is better than no attention at all, huh? Severus holding the baby was very nice - maybe he needs one of his own now.
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Tsk, tsk... This is a very long story, with many psychological issues to be solved. No babies so far (and the original story is at Chapter 22 at the moment).
Loved the update:-) I am so glad Severus came around. Now I am looking forward to see how you will manage to put our two brilliant heroes together:-)
Response from Muggline (Author of The Godfather)
Oh, this will take some time, believe me. Trouble ahead!
Interested to see what is next.
