What a chapter! You had me a laughing with Hagrid when he said "I know it, you know it, but does the hourglass know it?"  But I knew just like Hermion did that the callus bush was a very bad idea. I feel bad for the toddler.

Kind an caring Hermione.It's so much like her to offer something without expecting anything in return. I can only hope that he will accept her friendshio and, in time, maybe more.

I've been avoiding reading another WIP, but I'm glad I took a chance on this one.  This fic makes my heart ache for both Snape and Hermione.  Wonderful.

Enjoyable chapter.  Hermione is lucky to have a friend in Ginny.  I think Ginny's spicy fire and intuition helped Severus see the light.

Dare I hope?  YES!!!  This chapter was so revealing of the inner torment that Severus experiences when he thinks of suffering a broken heart again.  His life has been filled with hurt, disappointment, and the duplicitous life of a double spy... I can understand how he would want to avoid another broken heart.Thank Merlin that Ginny had the wherewithal to go to Severus' home and "talk" to him about Hermione.  And for one fleeting moment we saw the torment and fear of loss that he has just thinking about Hermione.I can only hope he will decide to talk to Hermione, whether it is by going to see her, or running into her somewhere and just start talking.Great story!Beth

Quite a heroic deed she did. Facing Severus Snape about something so personal would have been more terrifying than facing Voldemort.I can hardly wait for more.

I thought... I thought that all hope was lost!!! But he was doing it to protect himself. Makes sense, after a lifetime of misery and heartbreak. Even though he was so cruel, I can't help but feel sorry for him. This has made my day!!! Thanks to all three of you for bringing us the wonderful tale!
