How could you leave us hanging there?!? Lol, jk. I love this story. I can't remember if I have reviewed or not before, but just in case, I will do it again. This is probably the best fanfiction I have read so far with this pairing. I literally live for your next updates, lol. Can't wait for the next one :)

Oh no no no no no no no NO! Why must you leave it there?WHY?! I don't think I'll be able to function very well until you update. Breathing is difficult! This is *hugely* exciting, Pook -- I wonder if the return of Dumbledore alone will be enough to bring Severus back from the brink of madness?  Falling to his knees, Severus put his head in his hands and rocked for a moment, like an upset child. Severus’ magic was still strong, but in his present state it didn’t come easy.  This bit just about broke my heart.  He won't stop trying, but it must rip Hermione's heart out to see him struggle so much.  That is very well done, Pook.  I just wish, of course, that we had more to read!  But I will be a good little fangurl and try to resist the impulse to fuss and whinge and pester you for the next chapter.The mob of torch-wielding fans means you no harm, truly!

I'd complain about how that was too short and that I want more, but I am horribly afraid that I will anger the Great Pook, and that would be very bad.  Instead, I shall simply compliment you on yet another fantastic chapter.

Another cliffee?  Evil Pooka!  The idea of re-animating someone who has been dead a year seems kind of gruesome -  but it is an original take.  If he succeeds in bringing Albus back, will his insanity be cured?

Thank you.  (I tried to come up with something more sophisticated, but sometimes a simple “thank you” says it all.)  I love this story and am wonderfully surprised by the revelations in this chapter.  I patiently await the next update.  (Okay, I wouldn’t know patience if it bit me on the toe, but I’ll wait none the less…)

Oh my goodness! This story has worked its way into my imagination and my heart as one of my all time favorites. I check daily for updates even as I tell myself that it take time to each chapter and then time to have it beta read and then time to implement the changes recommended. Intellectually I know this and I accept it, however the fic junkie in me is running on emotions not intellect.As I read this story there has been something niggling inside my head (much like what I suspect is niggling around in Severus' head). A voice in the back of my mind has been whispering possible directions for the story to take, but they were outrageous enough that I tried to ignore the voice. But after this chapter I believe that the voice may have been on to something. Now the voice in my head is getting rather obnoxious at maybe being right (but at least the voice is my own and most thankfully doesn't twinkle or offer me lemon sherberts) It's enough to drive one mad! Severus has my complete sympathy. Anyway, I would like to applaud your talent and creativity. This is a well written, intelligent, amusing, work that takes a difficult premise and makes it not only work, but grabs on to the reader and pulls her into the whole thing. Your attention to the characters is amazing. These are the characters I met in the books but they are also different. They have evolved with the circumstances and grown up. I am happy to see a mature and thinking Harry and Ron, yet still see them mercilessly tease and pester their best friend.I eagerly and very impatiently (even though I understand that I have to wait - I don't have to do it graciously) sit here anticipating the next chapter.    Thank you for sharing,Donna
