OMG!!!! OMG!! I'm not sure there is anything left to say!!! You have left me speechless and breathless.  Albus planned this whole thing! Did he drive Severus into his current mental state?  Ahh, so much suffering! This little plot twist is simply amazing! You do know how to keep your readers on the edge of their seats!! I can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter.

You are about to be declared the Queen of Evil Cliffhangers.  You're probably sitting there cackling over your keyboard, enjoying tormenting us peasants.  Aaargh!

No, seriously, this is the only WIP that I am following and I look forward to each chapter with anticipation (think Dr. Frank N. Furter from Rocky Horror, and you get the tone I use that in...)  This story just gets better and better and you continue to make Severus' madness so believable and heart-wrenching.

Thanks for making me break my word on reading WIP's and continuing to write a great version of Book 7.

Ohhhh!!! Loverly food for thought! I just love it when someone comes up with something in fanfiction that turns the cranks and spins the wheels. What a clever Pooka;) But, I worry for Severus' magical, mental, and physical strength after what he's trying to do. Be kind to Severus!

You truly surprised me, Pook.  I never would have imagined the story taking this turn.  Brava!  If I could do magic, I'd immediately banish all your distractions so I wouldn't have to wonder how Severus will manage to finish what he has started.  ~

Oh my! What a place to stop -- I understand there might be a "slight pause" before the next posting, but let's hope it is not too long. I feel like I am holding my breath to find out if Severus can complete the ritual in his current state of mind. Or if, as I suspect, that completing the ritual will clear his madness. I don't know why, but I have the feeling the only person who can get through the barrier (either physcially, by voice or maybe mentally) is Hermione. They have a connection and maybe she is the extra strength Severus needs. Well I guess I will just have to wait -- patiently if I can -- until the next chapter. Keep up the great work. You know, I think I'm growing old waiting for SH to post your chapters.  This was splendid as usual.  I always liked Bill.  Now where the hell did you put Severus? [looms threateninigly, brandishing a short length of chain] (Just kidding. Don't want to see our boy hurt any more, that's all.)  I thought that looked rather Mordor-ish.  On to the next chapter! (I'm in heaven!)

I'm so sorry to read that there will be a slight pause before your next update - because this story is completely addictive! I certainly hadn't figured out what would happen in this chapter; and that's was a great story is to me: surprising, well written and with the characters in character (suffering from madness or not)!
