I love the way Hermione is able to put Harry in his place. The way she deals with him has the maturity of a 36 year 36 year old woman, but in the gentle way of an equal friend. I'm quite sure Snape is more willing to share her now he has her to himself all night!

I have been looking for a good time turner piece for a while and this is one of the best that I've come across.are you planning on continuing with some of the cannon from HBP and DH after OTP??? I have a hard time imagining how Sev's and Hermione's relationship would be able to survive those books but still....I can't wait :D

Thanks!! I will work with snippets of canon with HBP and DH, but Hermione's life will be radically different. DH will not even really mention much of canon, just bits and pieces, but again, Hermione's life won't be even close as to what was going on with canon.I hope you continue to enjoy this fic!Thanks,Livvy

That is one of my favorite Elton John's songs. It was big when my then fiance and I were in seperate cities as I was away at college. He and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this past August {2011). I hear that song and all of a sudden I'm 19 again and missing my Dave.

Percy is being the loyal underling to Minister Fudge, and Sirius is being Sirius... why can't those two get their heads on straight! With Umbridge coming to Hogwarts as the DADA professor, there will be much sneaking around for Hermione and Severus. Oh, I can't wait for the wedding! Hermione will be a beautiful bride. And Severus... he'll be drop-dead gorgeous. I know both of them must be champing at the bit to get on with it.I hope Harry will be able to rein in his temper. Wow. I started reading this story back in the day when you began it and then I sort of drifted away from fandom for a fair bit. I came back to the site recently and saw that your fic was now finished -- a whopping 74 chapters! -- and sat and read it straight through. It took about two days (no house cleaning this weekend) and I laughed and cried (and CRIED) and smiled. It's wonderful. Thank you so very much for writing it, for taking the time to craft such a strong narrative and for putting the time and effort into what is truly a huge accomplishment. After all your SS and HG have gone through, the ending was well-deserved and sweet and wonderful. Thanks again :)

Oh, Brother! Well, I think everybody knew that Harry was going to be ticked off with Hermione for doing Order stuff anyways. He's too young to appreciate how serious the situation really is. Well at this point I pretty much just skim over the italics parts. I still think Mung got off easy for abandoning his post. You hardly had any Severus and Hermione interactions, just some looks and wishful thinking. *sigh* Are you going to ditch the books yet or sill simi-follow canon? I can't wait until she moves into his rooms.

I will partly follow canon, just a basic storyline and then deviate where it happens. There will be more emphasis on the adults in the Order, and Hermione's mission to "keep Harry's head straight". Some things will be the same but the outcome will be different. What will Harry see in Snape's Penseive? Not what he did in canon. And who is that bushy-haried girl anyway? It will be those sorts of things that will happen to threaten the marriage secret. But everything will be blown to hell after the Battle at the Department of Mysteries, and Hermione's life will take a drastic turn from canon, and nothing will be the same.Thanks!Livvy
I don't often cry over a story but when I do I know that it has deeply touched my heart. I cried. I am so glad that you wrote this story and I'm greatful that I read it. I read for most of last night and today (I couldn't stop reading it). I wish that your story was the real story of how everything happend... it may be for me for now on. The relationship of Severus and Hermione hits home on so many levels for me. I have my dark and mysterious fiancee who's almost 20 years my senior, so I have my own Severus who loves to please and pamper like the one in this story. THANKS for being an amazing author, and I would love to know in the future how everything is going for the Snape children, and how Mr. and Mrs. Snape are faring!

Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I feel the same. A part of me wishes I could wave a wand and make some parts of this fic reality...but that's why we have fan fiction. My model for Severus is my own husband, who is older than I am. He is from another country and after nine years of marriage, he still has an ability to surprise me with something I didn't know about him. He is quiet and likes his space. He can't stand stupid people and isn't above just walking away from a person if they are talking nonsense, or if he really gets emotional about it, he will speak up and make the other person look like an idiot. Looks like we've both been lucky in the man department. I see Snape as a hopeless romantic and my husband brings me flowers every Friday night-for nine years, he has never failed. I would like to think Severus would be that kind of husband-the little things, the small gestures.Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
