That was lovely and the wedding night was very realistic in that Hermione was hesitant in her reaction to re-losing her virginity. After all she knew it had hurt the first time. A very sweet chapter, nice for things to take a different turn for a moment. But Sirus is such a PRAT!!

Lovely ceremony.  I loved the use of memories to show the binding magic that has followed them throughout their lives.

Finally they got married! The wedding was very romantic and maybe a bit emotional with all those memories? I can't believe Serius' behaviour! I wonder if this is going to become a problem in the future.., hmm.. I was also expecting to read a bit more at the ending, but well.. I'll have to wait for the next chapter.Hope you continue it soon!

Well, well, well... If i didn't know better, I'd think that Sirius would love to have Hermione for himself... but I think he has so much animosity in his heart where Severus is concerned that he would do just about anything to mess up the happiness Severus has has found in Hermione's love for him.  I don't think anything good can come from Sirius' hate for Severus, but I hope it causes problems for him and not for Severus and Hermione.  He has always seen himself as being in competition with Severus, but I don't think it necessarily had anything to do with wanting what Severus had, he just wanted Severus to by miserable.  Sirius is a pretty sick individual. 

Finally their wedding day arrived, and I loved reliving their memories as they shared them with each other.  Over the course of the passing years they had made binding vows to one another, and I liked seeing these remade as they became husband and wife.  Hermione was a lovely bride, and it was clear from what Severus' said that he was so very happy to be married to her.  "I give to this remarkable woman my love, my protection, and my respect."  After they had retired to their bedroom for their wedding night, Severus was so gentle with her, and their joining was beautiful.  The joy they knew had been worth all the waiting.

This is such a sweet chapter, and I'm so happy that they are now Mr and Mrs Snape.  You have written it perfectly and with great feeling.  Thank you.Beth

Quite a beautiful ceremony. The afters was so much nicer than frantic fumblings, too. But, that Sirius Black! I think he doth protest to much! Maybe a little bit of jealousy going on there?? That scene in the kitchen was rather edgy.

Romantic as hell!!!! However that was a pretty big space at the bottom of the page, I was hoping that said space would be filled as well.... know anyone who would be willing to do some deviant art?! ;) Fantastic job and mostly worth the wait, considering it took 45 chapters to get to it LOL.

That was amaizing. The time they spent apart seems to have made them akward with each other. They are in love, but don't really know the others body anymore.

It took 44 chapters until we reached the beginning of our story. How weird is that? I loved the entire journey and am really excited to see what comes next.

WOW...I loved how you did the wedding.  This has been a long journey and it was nice to get the cliff notes version of their love up until now as a refresher.  What a powerful ceremony!  So nice that they can be out in the open if only in the company of the order.  The wedding night was perfect as well.  It would have been ruined by too much angst or romance or smut.  It was just real and natural and beautiful.  So happy for them that they made it this far.  Looking forward to whatever comes next!

It must be really hard for Hermione to be so close to Harry all the time, and see parts of the two people she spent so much time with in the past. With all the pressure on her (pretending to be 16, pretending she does not know what's going on, having to be apart from her love), at least now she has her wedding to look forward to.

Yay, another amazing update.  I was so scared when they decided to come out to all the order members, I was seriously afraid there was going to be a huge to-do.  It's so nice that they've got some support and I'm thrilled she busted out her engagement ring!  I can't imagine not wearing my rings!  I love having that symbol of "extremely taken" right there on my hand!  And I think my husband appreciates it too, hahaha.  I'm so glad the wedding is quickly approaching!  Please update again soooooon!  Much Love ~ Brena
