Poor Hermione and Severus, waiting for Hermione to grow up is painful. I enjoyed the chapter, especially Moody taking Draco to task. I can't help it, it's funny, lol. It was so sweet of Severus to make sure Hermione knows he still loves only her.

I didn't think about Crouch not knowing her. And is the scene with the teeth coming up? Was that a  threat from Dumbledore regarding her relationship with Lily?

Despite them being in love, I find him kissing her at this age a bit revolting. He's the adult here and should have had some self-control.

Wow, No Snapes were injured in the writing of this chapter! The only 'sticky' part is the wolfsbane bit. Not having taken the potion wouldn't affect the fact that Remus transformed, only how dangerous he would be. Hermione's comment makes it sound like he was changing because he hadn't taken it. The way the scene plays out, she would have had no knowledge of whether he'd taken it or not.I really empathized with HG at the end, the feeling rejected. Very poignant.

WOW!  Another fabulous chapter!  With the summer break coming up, I wonder what our Potions master and Hermione will be doing. 

Their goodbye kiss was so sweet and so not-enough, but it was the most Severus could bring himself to do even though he loves her completely.  The images of his father and what he tried to do to Hermione that summer day so long ago still haunt him. 

I noticed that you had replied to a reader's comments for this chapter that even though Hermione would celebrate her sixteenth birthday in three months, Severus might not "do anything about it."  And in reply to a reader's review in an earlier chapter you hinted that Hermione would accept Viktor Krum's invitation to the Yule Ball.  This coming chapter, all of fourth year, is going to be extremely painful isn't it?  My heart is going to be broken again right along with Severus' and Hermione's.

This time-turner story is one of the best I've read.  The angst and UST are palpable, but knowing it is Potions Under Duress is what keeps me going!  I love it.Beth

I loved it when Hermione gave Draco a roundhouse punch.  "She had had enough of his shite!"  LOL!

When the boys woke her from her nap – she'd actually slept through Charms – I had to wonder if they will recall her comment about Regulus and Travers if they ever see their names among a list of Slytherin graduates...  Hummmmm.  Thank goodness she is dropping Divination because our Hermione is wearing herself to a frazzle!  It must be harder than nails to be in love with Severus, knowing he is in love with her, and be a thirty-four year old woman in a fourteen or fifteen year old body. 

At least she had been able to talk to Remus and had his assurances that he would never betray her.  Surely that will give her a bit less to worry about.

The way you handled the scene at Hagrid's was very well done!  And the episode in the Shrieking Shack was bloody brilliant!  The entire time my heart was in my throat, and I was praying that Severus wouldn't do anything foolish, that Sirius wouldn't say that he knew Hermione from his childhood, and that no one would die in the Shrieking Shack.  I take my hat off to you.

This chapter really illustrates why Hermione is having such a hard time.  No matter what she does where Harry and Ron are concerned, all they can see is an interfering "used to be best friend."  I would make the same decisions that she has made where the boys are concerned, but putting up with their wrath would be a major pain.

Her going to tell Severus about Harry's determination to go to Hogsmeade the next weekend turned out to be a blessing.  Being able to sleep in his arms that night helped so much;  I think they both needed that time alone with each other.  When they were talking about her sixteenth birthday and what it would mean, I was thrilled when the magic enveloped them once more.  It would be so lovely if they could marry on that day.  It's not so very far away, only one year, six months, and two weeks.  But anything can happen in that time, and I'm so afraid that something will interrupt their plans.  And then the horrid about Buckbeak came.  Urg!A very emotional chapter!  My heart was happy and sad by degrees.  Well done.Beth

I loved the kiss! I can’t wait for them to reunite after the summer is over. I’m sure a bit of time away from the magical world will do Hermione some good. I wonder if she’ll come back looking more like his curvaceous Hermione. Lord, if the sexual tension between them is so palpable know, I can only imagine the agony they’re going to experience as she continues to mature. Oh and Victor Krum is up next, this should be interesting.  Although, I do hope there are some juicy moments such as this one to help get us through to the long wait to her sixteen birthday.

I absolutely love this, but ughh Severus has to wait over another year for her to turn 16, right? :/  I can't wait for the next chapter...how many more are left?  

Awwww that was definately different to the book, but I kind of liked the little twist. It's so hard to read about the two of them unable to show love for each other. *sigh* Can't wait for more!A~

.....I'm confused as to why when Hermione asked if Severus was a Death Eater and when he said yes, she acted like she did. Didn't she know he was a Death Eater before?

Why, oh why, do you want to make me cry?  So much angst!!!  So much longing!!! Oops, that's another story, isn't it?
