Severus Snape has always been my fav character since I found HP. I enjoy dark, graphic stories, but will read some fluff and I love humour.

oh no, now Dumbledore got the horocurx.bad thing this is.what will happen next.oh my.he lost her trust in him forever.at least when it comes to flying.she will never do that again. (if she ever comes to do anything again - with or without him - safed or not)what a horrible experience, falling to your death - and caused by your lover. waaahand then being safed in the last moment.these blasted slytherins- even in death they stick together like glue! even as a portrait.I can only hope, that snape had his horror-moment, too, and that he now finally realises what horrible game he is playing, and that he has to do something about it.whatsoever.at least not playing games with hermione.sigh. really action -packed

Fantastic! Fabulous!! Unforgetable!!! Whew, that was exciting. So, back to the questions. (1) It's understandable that the horcrux tried to kill HG, given that she's a threat. Still, SS helped HG get the soul-revealing book. Does that mean killing SS was next on the horcrux's list? Or has SS proven himself to be such a good caretaker that the horcrux decided to keep him around? (2) Will DD be affected by the horcrux, or is he powerful/good enough to stay immune and destroy the damn thing? (3) What's going to happen to those uncooperative portraits? I propose that DD unlock Headmaster Black's strangle-hold on the portraits. That or burn a few of them. Tough times call for tough measures, after all. (4) Can we call this a mere hick-up in the HG/SS relationship? SS... poor bugger. Keeps on digging himself further into the hole. Maybe now he'll be forced to start climbing his way out. So, you can tell meeeee, how's he going to do it?Great job!

So, let's see if I can answer any of them...Okay, the Horcrux never intended to kill Snape--just HG because you are correct, she is a threat. WHy? because she confuses his heart and his mind. The horcrux wants him to be evil, but she is the light and messes that evil up, so it wanted her dead, hence the 'dropping-to-her-death-scene." I think the Horcrux WILL affect DD. He is powerful, yes, but remember his state of mind--he is beyond pissed off that Snape had the blasted thing AND that SNape is trying to kill Hermione-so his rage will be... hightend. And, oh, yeah. That hole is VERY deep!! Poor sev. Thanks~~~

OMG! That is one of the scariest things I've ever read... I don't know what's worse: the thought of falling down loads and loads of stairs, or the thought that he dropped her! I shrieked out loud as I read it! Truly unsettling. Happy Christmas!

But actually falling--holy crap no way. I'm terribly afraid of flying, just like Hermione, and believe me, this was difficult to write. Thank you!

"Oh, it's Snape, disguised. Oh, Snape came back from the dead. Oh, Snape is a vampire..." and I get a little sad because the guessing game is over. So, with this story, I am trying really hard to keep it all hush hush... you can't really figure out what is happening until the very end. You know those movies where the ending happens and you are like hitting your head against a wall saying "OMFG I DIDn't SEE THAT COMING!!! NOW I HAVE TO RE-WATCH IT TO CATCH ON!!" That is what I am going for. So, if all goes well, you will be guessing until the end. I hope. Thank you for the review!

Oh! Sweet one, I love it! So, Severus wasn't polyjuiced and Lucius is still an evil bastard, damn his beautifulness. Not the best way to admit you love someone, but it proved the point, didn't it? The many sides of Hermiome are showing, the grown-up explorer, the newly discovered sex kitten, the giddy school girl who wants to share secrets with her best friend and one-third of the Golden Trio with the bad guys after her. And poor Severus! Hermione going on and on about her new lover is going to make life so much harder when Sev's misbehavior comes out. Can't wait to read what made Voldy so pissy and why he took it out on Severus. Keep Writing!!
