boy am I glad that Minerva is on Severus' side!!  but my gut is twisting in sympathetic dread about the prospect of her reaction to his and Hermione's secret relationship.  he needs all the friends he can get.

I absolutly LOVE this story, and i can't wait for the next chapter!! Its the perfect "cast" for the show. i can't think of a better way to combine two of my obsessions.

Thanks for the advance warning that you were leaving us on a cliffe.  I know I was begging for the proposal, but holy crap woman why'd you have to leave it like that!?!?!?!  I know you're probably getting flamed all over the place so I'm going to stop there and just tell you how beautiful the proposal ended up being.  OMG That was awesome!  I wish she would have answered him somehow other than just saying his name.  So everyone would know how happy she was other than the tears.  Awwwwwwww that was awesome.  Please update again soon, I want to see the aftermath!  Much Love ~ Brena

I have to admit, however much I would have wanted to read more, much more; this chapter ended at a perfect place!!!

First reaction was that Snape's utterance was a "freudian slip" but the man's nothing but purposeful.  Great & diehard romantic way to come out of the closet *fans*  As Etta James sings, "At last. . . . "

Holy Cow.  I was surprised by Dumbledore's visit, his plea to ahve him remain, and that he had no idea what he had to appologize for. Severus was so cold, although I totally understood why, It seemed that it took tHe Headmaster a while... Hermione's reaction to seeing the boxes was priceless. Severus reaction to her tears, her silience - the whole thing was so well done. But the ending - his proposal - ON STAGE!  In front of everyone!  Oh, my gods - the scandal - the - What are you going - he'll be flayed and jailed... and - O h  so much explaining to do!

YAY!!!!!!!  I'm so happy that he proposed the way I thought he would!  That was great!  I was literally bouncing in my seat when they started the final performance and squealed at the end (waking up my poor beloved).  It was a cruelly short chapter and the sudden (wonderful) end leaves me outraged (though not shocked).  You are so amazing!
