Congratualtions on finishing this behemoth of a fic.

What a surprise to see this posted tonight!  I will be worthless at work tomorrow thanks to you, but I just couldn't go to bed without knowing how it all turned out.  This is like the end of an era *sniffles*How on Earth you managed 84 chapters and still went out on top I'll never know.  This was so wonderfully done, I'm just like needing to spew forth happy sentiments but the words are failing me at this time of night... um morning.  But this couldn't have ended any better.I liked so many things and I'll never be able to remember them all.  The format with the timestamps worked so well.  I also thought that Hermione's phone conversation with her dad was a brilliant way to give a lot of info in a condensed timeframe while feeling realistic.The wedding was perfect, and while I've read a million of them, this one actually brought back memories of the feeling of being the bride for some reason.  Their phantom "vows" in any other wedding would have had me rolling my eyes *hopes that you didn't pull this from your own wedding or I'll rush to the ER to treat my foot in mouth syndrome* but here it was perfect.  I so love it when a story comes full circle and you've done this quite nicely.  I was tickled that the cake had layers of their mousses in it.I liked the fact that it was emphasized how the friendships that were made during the Phantom production still hold post Hogwarts.  And how much of an impact it had on their lives.  I was pleased that he made amends with Dumbledore, but it wasn't like they became best buddies and was the star of the wedding party or anything.  That would have felt wrong.I am pleased that they stuck to their guns on the no kid policy.  I love stories where they have children, but I wouldn't have liked it here because it would have either been an accident, or them changing their minds about something they felt very strongly about.  It was just as it should have been.  And ending with them going to see the boys in a Hogwarts production, and the revelation that Phantom will be coming again next year was so absolutely perfect.I'm sure I've left something out but I've rambled on quite enough for one story.  Bravo to you for not letting us down at the end of such a lenghty but satisfying journey!  So, what's next from you?

Aww. :D  Yay!  You're done -- congratulations on the journey.  This was just the perfect end to the story... I loved seeing the little short snips from so many time periods.  Each one was just the right length.  Now you can take a well-deserved break. ;D

Really enjoyed this chapter! you see it was familar as my cousin who was in uni was dating her teacher and then she had to tell the family and i was there. it was soo action pack. and my uncle was acting exactly like mr granger! really well done on this chapter!

Ahhhhh, lovely update :)  Very realistic scene with the parents, and Dione's reaction (and nightshirt) was quite funny!  I do hate to see this story winding down, but alas, I know it must come to an end.  Looking forward to the next chapter!!

That went about as well as could be expected. I am, positively, surprised by Dianes reaction, I would have thoght she would be the hard one to convince. Then again, quite a few fathers would probably nod agreeably with Hermoines father:-)) As always very well done, and as usual my compliments for writing such an amazing story; it really stands out from the crowd!

What a good scene there!  realistic and natural reactions from Hermione's parents.  As I think I mentioned in a review MANY chapters ago, as the mother of a 'theatre person,' I warned my daughter of the dangers of 'falling in love' with someone because you are thrown into a play together.  She has stated that she will not date someone she meets in a play until a year after the play is over.  I'd be happy if she waited six months, even!  Now, at age 21, she is pretty serious about the current boyfriend, who is not a theatre person at all, (which may be a better choice after all.)But what works in real life is not always needed in fiction.  I can suspend my disbelief for this tale, but if I were Hermione's parents, I'd hope she would follow my advice of a cooling-off period where they could write each other - but not see each other  - for six months or so.  True love waits.thanks for another chapter of suspended disbelief!

Well that was probably one of the more realistic Parental visits to break the news I've ever read. I adored how you protrayed Geoff. It was sneaky and devious Hermione and Severus poping back in - (Didn't they make a pop or a crack when they Apparate? Everyone else does in canon?) - And I really hope the parents don't find out about that.

That was simply wonderful.  The conversation was realistic and you gave me a Slytherin ending.  What more can I ask?  As many others have said, I will really miss this story when it's over.

Now that wasn't so bad...ok completely nervewracking. but realistic. Great chapter, as per usual. Poor Severus. I don't know anyone who could have weathered that quite so well.  Can't wait for more!
