I am a grateful fan of Ms. Rowling and of her overwhelming Byronic Character, Severus Snape! Please check out the first chapters of each fic (except for "How Can I Tell You," which is on Chapter 2) to see pictures of the Heroines.

Reviews for A Change is Going to Come
I can't believe there are over 60 chapters now, and it just keeps getting better and better.
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Thank you! We only have a dozen chapters left. I can't believe we are hitting the home stretch! Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Response from Nessa (Reviewer)
I guessing its going to be an exciting but yet bumpy ride on this home stretch.
I cannot find the words to express what this chapter made me feel. It was absolutely perfect. Very powerful and emotional, I couldn't help crying my eyes out! And the ending was splendid.. I love this story!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Awww...thanks! I'm sorry it made you cry, but I'm glad it moved you so. I wanted for readers to feel the anguish and fear that Hermione and Severus were experiencing. Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Out of curiosity, what made this difficult for you to write? Whatever the issue, it turned out well. I hope Remus will put an end to Tonks' misery soon. I very much enjoyed Hermione's offer of Severus' services in terms of taking care of Remus. And her parting shot of “HEY, HAVE AN ORGASM FOR ME!” was hilarious. They can tease her all they want, because surely it all stems from jealousy that they aren't getting any... or at least not of the quality that she is!Interesting turn of events that Severus is aware of the Horcruxes. But a great way to fill her (us) in on what is going on without having to do a Harry/Dumbledore scene. And naughtiness in the common rooms? *fans self* but good grief! Just because there are no students about, doesn't mean they won't be caught. Dumbledore has a bad habit of turning up where he is not welcome. Maybe he isn't fussed if he is tenured :)I hate the thought of what may happen to them as a couple, and as individuals when he must kill the headmaster. I so hope this has a happy ending (and that we are really far away from said ending). This story can go on forever in my opinion. Can't wait for more!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
It was difficult to write because of everything Severus had to tell Hermione. I had to keep my facts straight so the chapter would set up for what is ahead. I'm glad you enjoyed it. They don't get to be like a regular husband and wife, so two precious weeks- they have to get all they can of each other :)I can't believe it, but we are only a dozen more chapters until the finish, and we haven't yet reached the lowest point of all for Severus and Hermione. Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Oh, I can understand why this would be such a difficult chapter to write. I can only imagine how hard it was for Severus to tell Hermione about the entire sordid plot that Dumbledore put in motion to insure that Voldemort is vanquished forever. Their shared anguish was almost too powerful to read.On a lighter note, I enjoyed the way Hermione's Auror-friends gave her such a noisy send off when she left them to spend Christmas with her husband. I can imagine the good natured camaraderie that would be found between members of a group who are always on tenterhooks as they do their best to undermine the world's Dark Lord once and for all.Marvelous chapter, livvy! Well done.Beth

Thanks! Yes, you have to have a laugh when things are so tense. This chapter was to set up for what is coming their way. The toughest times of all are ahead. Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Some very interesting turns in the plot. I enjoyed your update and look forward to your next chapter.
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Thank you! Next chapter is in the queue.Livvy
even tho black didn't turn out to be a traitor, i still don't like him. terrific update. thanks so much
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Me too, he's just a prick and way too annoyingly immature. That scene with SNape in the kitchen in OOTP, I wanted to say, "Fine! Just whip it out and let's measure your penises! With Snape's nose, it would just be humiliating for Sirius :)Livvy
what a thriller - I love the complexity of your writing - thanks so much for sharing and please update as you are able - I am enjoying this fic immensely!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Thanks for reviewing! I'm glad you are enjoying this. Livvy
Very interesting dealings with the Slytherins. Actually, interesting dealings with everyone. I'm telling you, Sirius and Lily deserve each other! But then Harry would be Sirius' son and a total git. Forget I suggested it. It's nice to see that even though Lily is ignoring Hermione and being her usual rude self, Hermione still cares somewhat and asks Mary to keep an eye out for her. Loved the Severus scene. I'm glad he's come to the same conclusions as Hermione. That magical stuff is cool, but why does it happen? Is it because their bond is so strong?
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
It has to be. What is headed their way, they are going to need to rely on the strength of that bond to keep things from falling apart. YOu'll see why in a few chapters.Thansk!Livvy
Geeze, Sirius is a rigth prick! And Hermione nail him when she was talking to Lupin. I am beginning not to care for Lily all that much anymore. Harry is a much better person than hsi parents are.The way you wrtie the Slytherin 'ways' is very interesting. Severus is rising up and becoming important. I wounder what will happen to their relationship?
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Well, we shall see about that, but remember the first chapter. There will be heartbreak ahead. Thanks,Livvy
Yeah, I can't say I'm too fond of Albus myself at the moment. GRRR. Dark times are coming, I know. I'll be reading it all.
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
I am not a DD fan. :) Can't help it. Thanks for sticking with me!Thanks for reviewing!Livvy

Oh I was so angry by the end of the Prince's Tale! I have a neighbor who says that she thinks of her god as being like Dumbledore. I keep telling her, Ummmm, read the last book. Poor Severus, never protected by the adults around him, all the bullies coddled and protected. I read a story once in which Dumbledore planned everything including the bullying in order to make Snape the perfect spy somehow. It wasn't much of a stretch. "Things are not as they appear." Of course I knew that from the first moment I read about Snape.
OMG This was a bloody brilliant chapter. The imagery was fantastic. I so feel Hermione's pain. They have gone through so much and now the vow has been taken. I have said this in the past and I will say it again. I love how you have rewritten the books. This story is far and away one of the best that I have read and this chapter is one of the best of the story. It is so heart wrenching. I soooo look forward to your updates with this story. Now can I have Severus on the Sytherin banner.I rate this chapter a 10++++
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
LOL! I could have gone into detail... but I have other fish to fry and lemons for later. I figured the mental picture would be enough :)Thank you so much for your compliments. I means so much.Thank you!Livvy
Oh, how sad. I am VERY happy that Severus told her everything -- about the Horcruxes and Harry, about his duty to kill Dumbles, about Slughorn. And I am very happy that they had some good memories before he told her the bad news. Now for Hermione to figure out the other Horcruxes and a way to keep Severus safe from the Order after he has to kill Dumbledore. You're right -- lots of adventure ahead. Thanks for updating!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
I couldn't have Severus keep all this from her. They have been friends, lovers, husband and wife for so long, I couldn't see Severus holding this back from her. She's his partner. Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
So...heartwrenching....but in a good way...that just sounds weird now..but I loved the chatper...
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Yes, the ending to the chapter was a bit foreboding. I hope you like the next chapter! Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Wow...riveting. I am so glad that this time Severus has a confidant other than the Headmaster. You have really captured the essence of Snape's life between two masters. The Dark Lord was bad enough, but no matter whether I read canon or fanon, I always want to throttle Dumbledore for the games he played with the Order, the students, and especially Severus. Can't wait for the next update...am preparing for 'it gets much worse before it gets better'!!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
I couldn't see Snape keeping this from Hermione. Yes, they will prepare themselves as best as they can, but yes, it will take a turn that will bring them both to the lowest point ever. Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Interesting diplomacy. Sirius is a twit. James is an ass. Lily is a bitch. Ah, those annoying morons. Loving your Hermione and Severus though!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
That's a good summary! lolThanks!Livvy
Oh dear - this is a drama. But I love it!Hermione's position as the Head of the Gryffindor's is actually a very interesting concept. I like that it fuels the mutual resentment between her and Sirius Black.Your portrayal of her is wonderfully strong! And the kiss! Oh I just love how Severus and Hermione feel for each other! It almost made me cry for their love. This story is fast becoming one of my favourites! Can't wait for the next chapter!Angela~~
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Oh, yes. There will be a couple more steamy interludes before the end of school for them. Yes, there will be very hard times ahead, but they will always find a way. Thanks!Livvy
She's in deep water. Hope she can swim! :)
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Oh, she will be just fine. She can hold her own against Sirius and Avery. Thanks!Livvy
Things seem to be moving along nicely. I loved the scene where Severus pulls her into a classroom after she was out with Lupin. Its always so touching how he makes these promises to her. It just makes my Hufflepuff heart want to explode. I'm also glad to see that Hermione realizes that she maybe the "head" of Gryffindor but that doesn't mean she's like crazy protected. I can't wait to see how Sirius & James handle her news. The bitter side of me kinda wishes she wouldn't tell them just so they get what they deserve (the Douche-Bags). I can't wait to see what happens next. Much Love! ~Brena
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
I suspect Hermione would want to leave Sirius in the dark too, but Avery would only hurt the innocent Muggle-borns, and she can't have that.Glad you liked the hot snogging session:)Livvy
Avery is just serial-killer creepy. Reasonable in a menacing sort of way.
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Oh, yes, the perfect Death Eater. He's going to get even creepier in the coming chapters with Hermione. Thanks!Livvy
Oh goodness. Poor Remus. Everything is getting so complicated, but it's exciting! Avery is so creepy, it makes me shudder. I'm glad Hermione and Severus are still together...
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Yes, everything will continue to get more and more complicated! Avery (shakes head) he thinks more highly of himself than he ought. Oh, yes, Severus and Hermione will always make a way. Thanks!Livvy
It's strange to read this, always keeping in mind that they all are high school kids. Sounds like open warfare to me...
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Not yet, but every day it is coming closer. Remember, after graduation, according to canon, they were out there fighting Death Eaters in the Order. Thanks,Livvy
This is story is sooo intriguing, I'm always looking forward to the next chapter. After the last chapter, I went back to read the prologue again and it already made more sense and I'm looking forward to getting there again in the course of the story!Great work!gab
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Thanks! I'm glad it's got you hooked! More intrigue on the way :)Livvy
vksdjgidfsgduifg write more!!!
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
That's cute! The next chapter is in the queue! Thanks,Livvy
A bloody brilliant chapter!!I'm glad Severus finally told Hermione of the Horcruxes. Understandable that he didn't tell her earlier, although the thought must have torn at him. You depicted their desperation excellently--it's hearbreaking indeed!Severus and Regulus... hm why not. You hinted at it when they were younger, and Kreacher was undoubtedly already pathetic back then. But are you saying that LV already knows that the locket is missing? Severus swore the oath to Narcissa that he'd fulfil Draco's task if the boy failed. He didn't have to swear it to Albus separately. But the old man would press him into it yet another time, yes he would.
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
When Severus came back to Dumbledore to escape from Voldemort, DD made him swear an oath that he would do what DD needed him to do. Now DD is collecting BIG on that.Yes, Voldemort knows the locket is gone, but he doesn't know where it is or anything about its condition. That was his punishment for the Black Family. Their "good" son, Regulus would never come back to them, never to be buried in consecrated ground, and now he is an Inferi in the cave waters, ready to strike whomever comes looking for the locket later. Thanks for reviewing!Livvy
Response from Bettina (Reviewer)
I just mean that both issues are slightly off-canon, while you seem to wreath everything else in perfectly. 1. Your Severus made it look as if Narcissa herself didn't request him to finish Draco's task.2. Canon-Voldy does not know the locket's gone, right?I've no such problem with adding the Regulus-part; it is a great idea, and not against canon at all.
Response from livvy6 (Author of A Change is Going to Come)
Oh, I didn't mean that. It was a matter of DD knowing the steps ahead, that Narcissa would be wanting someone to save Draco and who better than Severus. He was only told to do what he was asked. Canon and my Voldy have no idea about the state of his Horcruxes. It's later near the Final Battle that he goes around and checking up on them. But this story will have nothing to do with Horcrux hunting, except for the one that Severus wants Hermione to have for insurance. Thanks!Livvy
