oh my! Severus is being a bit of a "wise-ass" lol. very good chapter. i look forward to reading what happens next. i am not, however, looking forward to the conclusion of this story. i love your style of writing so much! its lyrical, and the detail is amazing!

Some hexing from Hermione wouldn't be amiss either, something discret and painful that doesn't land her in Azkaban....:-))

I'm so sorry I haven't left a review before. I absolutely LOVE it! I have a great love for both The Phantom of the Opera, and Snape and the combination is amazing!! You write wonderfully. The story's had me both laughing and crying, and at times sobbing my eyes out... I can't wait for the next installment of this wonderful tale! It's brought out all the things I love the most about The Phantom of the Opera.Big hugs

It was interesting to see everyone's reactions.  It's good to see that quite a few influential people are showing up for the inquest.  I'm all a-flutter to see how that will go.  Thanks for another exciting chapter.

Yeah an update!!!!!  Whenever I get the email saying there is a new chapter up, I drop what I am doing to read it.  I don't even care if it is 3 in the morning.I am so relieved that Minerva is on their side.  I was really worried about that.  It was also nice to see so many of the cast rallying to their aide.  Every time someone said they would be at the meeting on Monday to support Severus I cheered.  Harry's reaction was to be expected.  Even though they've worked at mending the fence, his hatred has been deep rooted for too long for him to take the news easily.  I like that Ginny cut him off til he shapes up. The news of no babies for our lovely couple kind of caught me off guard.  I'm a mother of two with one on the way and can't imagine my life without my babies.  But I know not everyone feels the same.  However, if they're really serious about that no baby thing Hermione better hustle down those stairs.  I'll have to read the chapter again to make sure...but I don't recall her actually taking that potion.Anyways....I love it as always.  It's a highlight of my day when I get a new chapter of Phantom of Hogwarts to read, and I'm dreading when it ends.  Looking forward to what's next.

you evil wonderful person you GW I was grinning for all day after reading your fabulous updates. Only a few chapters left as I said evil. But as alwasy my dear simply wonderful.

Well that went much better than expected.  You can't blame Mrs. Weasley with her overwhelming mom instincts for feeling a little negative toward Severus.  Truly of all people, I was really worried about Minerva.  Although the cast embraced Severus by the end of the production, he doesn't have an abundance of friends, especially close to his age.  I think her refusal to accept them would have hurt him the same as the Granger's did for Hermione.  And Harry, well, he's just being Harry.  Ginny will soon wear him down.  I was so delighted to see this updated.  Hope for more soon.  Um, did we seriously end this chapter, and she still has not taken that potion?  *Shoves Hermione towards the basement stairs*  Hopefully I just missed that part.  But who knows, maybe they would really enjoy a baby.  I mean, if you'd told them a year ago that they would end up living together and engaged, they wouldn't have believed that either.  Time will tell.  Now let's get through this ministry thing so it can be smooth sailing into fluffy, romantic, smutty waters... full speed ahead captain.

I thought the lemons in the last chapter were hawt, but the two of them really heated up their new home on this morning.  Boy Howdy, there was no frost on their pumpkin.  I'm just sayin'.

What a welcome Minerva got when Severus opened the door.  It's a good think he didn't take in a big surprised breath.  With his trousers barely staying up, I'd be afraid that they'd fall down.  Minerva certainly took her time grilling Severus before she admitted that she had come to make peace and tell then that she'd support them.  Having this uncertainty with Minerva behind them will make it easier, if not fun, when he goes to the "hearing" on Monday.  And I do hope it's a hearing and not a lynching.  But regardless with whatever preconceived notions the Ministry types may hold, with the support of Albus, Minerva, Hermione, their friends, and the Grangers, I don't see how it could not work out... He may be required to pay a fine or something silly, but hopefully it will all turn out well.

Perhaps both of them will have a difficult time getting a good night's sleep the night before, but I'm betting that if they practice their perfection of love making, they'll sleep in spite of a case of nerves.

Thank you for this fabulous update.  When I saw the email in my inbox telling me you'd posted another chapter, I knew exactly what I would be doing sometime today.  This chapter did not disappoint.  You rock!Beth

I hate to say it, but I lived through a shirt and nothing else on in front of my husband's boss, because my god-sister called to have me buzz her in and when there was a knock on the door, I made the mistake of thinking it was her and didn't look before I opened it. Needless to say, I know how Hermione felt here,LOL!I love what Severus said to Geoff as to 'Why?'. That was beautiful.It looks like Severus is going to have quite a few people in his corner come Monday, but I think they will still have a fight on their hands. Hopefully Harry will come around by then.I was glad to see that some of Severus' House members stood up for them as well. Great update and Happy New Year!

This is my favourite story, I spotted it had been updated just before I headed out to work, but I never had time to read it (with your chapters been to fantastically long!), so i've waited all day to read this. It was worth the wait it's a brilliant chapter. Minerva made giggle in places, i'm so glad they have others on their side. I hope Hermione took the potion in time (well i sort of hope not, they would make a perfect family, although it seems a little to soon to be thinking about it). I do hope Severus' hearing goes better than everyone is expecting. I'l be keeping my eye out for an update! P.s Harry needs to grow up!!
