I have completed my Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and want to focus on serving the LGBTQIA community and the Alt/Kink/Poly communities in my work. I used to be a poker tournament director and floorperson at the world famous Binion's Gambling Hall in downtown Las Vegas. Before that, I was high school Spanish and Theatre teacher. I am happily married and (thankfully) have NO kids. That was a great chapter. I love how Sev is itching to give Hermione the ring. I also am pleased with his growing friendship with Minerva. I hope that she will accept his relationship with Hermione...

Oh how happy I was when I found this a wonderful before bed read. As always my dear GW you are amazing. I can feel the end drawing near and I am sad to say I will miss the anticipation of each new chapter. But that's ok I will just keep reading this one over and over and over and over again. Unless you decide to grace us with another wonderful piece.

Everything's progressing nicely: Hermione has a job, Snape's house is almost all ready, he has a ring...now we just have to see how Hermione did on her NEWTs (straight O's I'm sure), and the end of the year feast. I'm trying to decide how you're going to portray everyone's reactions, then figure it'll be 10x better than I would, so I'll leave you to it.Looking forward to the next chapter. =)

I have been slowly coming along, and it is lots of fun. I really enjoyed this chapter, esp. the part where Snape gets to know Crookshanks. The part where Snape tells Hermione what his favorite flower is and why was heart-wrenchingly sad. But she needed to know this. Another little peek into Snape's soul.

I am still plodding along, trying to catch up...I must say that you almost lost me back when Hermione wrote Snape her first love letter. I have a slightly differend picture in my head of what her letter would have been like, I have always pictured her as a bit of a prude, and although she might think such thoughts, she would never actually write them down for him to read.I also had a problem with Snape actually reading the letter in the classroom, especially as soon as he realized the nature of its contents. That was very out-of-character for him.But I got over my disappointment and forged ahead, and by the end of the next chapter you had me hooked all over again. I really like the letter he wrote back to her, very much within his character to write a silkily worded and provocative letter. And you have progressed quite nicely with everything else since then.I'm sure there are many readers who would not agree with my assessment, but, just as I previously mentioned, that is the only thing that I have even mildly disagreed with in 30-something chapters. Quite an amazing feat, actually.Keep up the good work.

Well, after the speed of the last chapter, it was nice to slow down and savor the moments they had together. You certainly are leaving us hints of something exciting and life-altering happening at the Leaving Feast, with Severus unsure whether he will be there the day after the feast and with him urging Hermione to get her contract taken care of before that time. I wonder if she caught his hint.This quick update was certainly a treat. I hope RL gives you another opportunity soon!
