*NOW COMPLETE* How in the world does Hogwarts come to be doing a performance of The Phantom of the Opera? And just why is Snape so pissed about it?

I have completed my Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and want to focus on serving the LGBTQIA community and the Alt/Kink/Poly communities in my work. I used to be a poker tournament director and floorperson at the world famous Binion's Gambling Hall in downtown Las Vegas. Before that, I was high school Spanish and Theatre teacher. I am happily married and (thankfully) have NO kids. Not to me! LOL One of the reasons I was so excited to see Sweeney Todd was that Alan Rickman sings, and I just adore his voice. ;) Of course, I just imagine the sdeuctiveness of Michael Crawford's voice every time I write about Snape's, too. :)

I've read this before elsewhere and enjoyed it immensely, but until a few days ago had never seen Phantom. I was in the video store the other day and saw it in the older movie titles, and thinking of this story, decided to get it out. Well, the next day, I bought the CD of the soundtrack ( the movie, not the stage show), and I am re-reading, now I understand the show better!

Bravi, Bravi, Bravissimi indeed! This is quite possibly my favorite story ever. I am a hug SS/HG fan, and then to combine them with a favorite musical of mine as well. I love how well thought out the characters emotions are throughout the story. I will admit I have a soft spot for the new Neville. Most of all I think you are a very talented writer for being able to transform potentially dull stage blocking into chapters that keep the readers attention. Very well done!!

WOW!! I have just spent the last 32 hours straight reading this. I happened upon your story and at first I was skeptical. The idea of the Phantom of the Opera being performed at Hogwarts was a bit strange to me. However you captivated my attention and kept it from the first chapter until now. I could not stop reading!! I am a huge fan of the Phantom of the Opera...very much like you have Hermione in the story (ie. knowing every part, line, and lyric). I swear I will never think of Phantom again without picturing Severus Snape. I do pray you are not forskaing the story before it is done, and I look forward to the next chapter...hopefully soon.
