Mmm, Sev in a tuxedo. That's a delicious thought indeed. I think they will eventually figure each other out, and I imagine it will be quite a shock when they do.

Way to go, Sev! Dousing them with ice water was a much more effective method than just yelling. He not only cooled their ardour, but he got a sort of revenge too. 

Wonderful! I can almost hear them sing in my head. Harry noticed the attraction between Hermione and Sev... wonder what he'll do.

Hermione really has a war going on within: her budding romance with Harry and her feelings for Severus. I am wondering which will win. I look forward to finding out!

And poor Sev! He's so jealous and trying to close himself off, but it's not working very well. I daresay he's losing that war.

Harry sure got an eye-ful that shocked him. Tee hee.

The interactions between these two are amazing and I feel as though I am there, experiencing everything that they are. This is the work of a truly talented author.

I love how you show Sev's inner conflict in this chapter; it's quite brilliant. Also, Sev's "private moment" was delicious. *drifts into fantasy for a moment*

I'm waiting, along with Hermione and Severus, for the reaction to the Big Reveal that's inching ever closer.  Very glad that the two seem to have all the corners covered, with new careers and a new residence in place.  Hoping that Minerva and Severus can and will remain friends and colleagues after. .  :sigh:

Nice chapter.  I can't believe this story is nearing an end.  I'll really miss it when it's over.  I still don't see why they have to announce "hey, we've fooled you and been a couple through most of my last school year" right after Hermione graduates.  The Slytherin thing to do would be for them to "discover new feelings" and begin dating each other in full view of everyone over the next year.  But that's just my humble opinion.Regardless, I can't wait to see how you wrap this up.  Whatever you decide, I know I'll be left wanting more.

SO happy to see an update to this story.  Every chapter has me anticipating what's going to happen next.  Look forward to when Hermione and Severus come out.

I love the way you've managed to instill both the excitement and the bittersweet pangs of their upcoming departure from Hogwarts and starting a brand new adventure in life, standing on their own. Severus, too, will be standing on his own for the first time, for even though he has been alone and on the outside for most of his life, he has had the constancy and protection of Hogwarts to shield him when he needed it.Also loved the comments on Pansy and Draco as being likened to the “odd relatives” … but they are a little sad in their superiority. They can’t be all that happy, alone on their pedestal with no one to admire them. Millicent on the other hand is like a flower blossoming... as is Severus.I do so hope that in the end that Severus does not forgive Albus [at least not too easily] for undermining him with his attempts to get a job away from the school. I’ve not quite decided if it was out of selfish love and wanting to keep Severus close and under his thumb, or mean-heartedness! Holding something, someone, too tightly only manages to squash the life out of them!

LOL ery good. Hermione should have asked for more money - but it sounds like she came out ahead anyway. I was cute to see them 'shopping' and the trip to her parents. Things are really looking up.
