I adore the world of HP.
Thanks for stopping by. I'm off to stir my cauldron.

I can't believe the Malfoys would manipulate their son that way! And why not tell that Snape is alive? The man is bound to appear in public sooner or later, isn't he? What about Ron? The good thing here is that Hermione and Severus tries to make things work between them, but I understand Hermione's worry about her not being angry enough. Perhaps it's the proof that her relationship with Ron was doomed anyway.

yeah, it's horrible how Dreaco's being trteated. I will definitely address it. Sorry for not answering this sooner, and I'm sure you have some answers now already. LOL :)
Good chapter - I am glad Harry is beating Ron up - he deserves it. Lucius did some hex to Hermione to keep her from being with Ron and I cannot wait for her to get revenge on Lucius.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
He does deserve it, huh? lol :)
A little more light? A load of questions! Why are Narcissa and Lucius drugging/keeping Draco under a curse? At least we see more about what Severus was up to and his role and why he picked Hermione. Harry had best get together with Sev and Hermione - maybe he can help - if he doesn't hex Sev first!Gods! I love this story!

~keeps quiet~ lol
Wow, the ending there was quite intense. Harry was mad at Ron for what he did to Hermione, not realizing that Hermione had gotten herself married as well... <snip> “What for?” “Hermione. Snape.”</snip>You know, if he take the period from between the two names,he got Hermione's new name. Hermione Snape. :P Thought I point that out cause I was shocked for a moment there not realizing that he's talking about two person. I thought Harry had figured it out, finally. Hehe...Another thing, I really like how you write Severus. He sounded so much like canon. I'm writing some stories myself, and I find that it's not that easy to write his dialogue. I bow to you for doing it so well. It's almost like Severus was sitting next to you, telling you what to type. Lol. ;)I can't wait for next chapter! That's where Severus is going to reveal everything, right? Anyhow, thank you for the quick update in this, I hope the next one won't take so long!

Sorry for not answering this one sooner. Harry, well, he's brighter than some portray him, but he didn't catch on that fast. Teehee
Lucius is very clever, but I do believe Hermione and Severus are even smarter. Harry left confused, but not completely fooled.Poor Draco! His own father confusing him. But I do believe Lucius will get what's coming to him.I can't wait to hear the explanation Severus gives Hermione....Love your twists! Can't wait for more!

Glad you are liking it, doll
grrr.... after all that Draco told Harry, and Harry's suspicions about Lucius, I am horrified that Harry let Lucius give Draco a nameless potion! hopefully, Draco remembers eventually. Hermione and Severus didn't take a vow of silence over Lucius - they just can't harm him directly, right? - so they can tell Harry and Ginny what happened. ooh, I am itching to see Lucius and Cissa get punished thoroughly!! thanks for the new chapter.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
I don't know that there was much harry could do for him at that point. :( I'll have more on the vow and all that soon :)
I am going to guess that Ron received a "Dear John" letter from Hermione while he was in France and this whirlwind romance was set up by Lucius and Ron fell for it and wound up married (willingly). I still can't even make a guess about Draco. This is one of the things that is so great about this story! It is so twisty turny that you can really have a grand time spinning your wheels trying to figure out what's actually going on. Great update! Great tale!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Thank you very much. I appreciate the comments. :)
Yes! A new chapter!!! What a tight tangle you've woven here. I'm looking forward to see how this all untangles (and perhaps Lucius getting his arse kicked?)
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Thanks! :)
Methinks Narcissa has given Draco a potion very similar to the potion Lucius gave to Hermione to cloud her mind. Lovely chapter, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to wait until it's all explained before it makes much sense to me, lol. The dream stone bit, while kind of confusing, does explain how Severus was able to reach Hermione in her dreams while he was in the Otherworld. Yet again, anxiously awaiting your next update!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Definitely very similar to the one Hermione took. Hope the future chapters have helped out some. :)
More mysteries... Wonderful! I am thinking now that Lucius used the dream stone to project frightening images of Snape into Hermione's mind to manipulate her. Looking forward to more!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
He sure did. :)
Very conflicting emotions. Where are all the wands? hmm
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Hmmm... :)

Oh, it's all starting to fall into place. How sneaky and Slytherin. Poor Hermione, used like that. I wonder how she'll deal with all this.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Yep~! more up tomorrow
It just gets deeper and deeper. I love all the layers and how different foks have different bits of the story but enough of it is hidden to keep me wanting more. :D
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
thanks! :)
Plans within plans. Poor Hermione just isn't used to dealing with Slytherins, especially a master manipulator like Lucius. I hope we find out what it was that Severus was so angry about.

I mean to say that I wonder if there is a connection with the blond woman who caused her father's accident. I had that thought when I first read it, but forgot to mention it. Now I wonder if that book is even real.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
LOLSorry to reply so late, but I know you know the answers now. :) Thank you for reading
Oh, poor Hermione. I knew that Lucius had been up to something, especially with the soul thing. He's so smooth and so easy to trust, isn't he? Wonderful job on his characterization. And very creepy how Severus's eyes were black for a while when he first revived.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Uhhuh. :) I appreciate that. He was tricky to write at first without giving too much away
Boy, she didn't learn anything from Ginny and the diary did she? At least it looks like her father will be okay, but what a price to pay. Hopefully she won't have to let Lucius know that she decided to test the book and learned that it really is in control. I like the last little scene with Severus, though like her I really do want to know what the rest of it is that he was throttling Lucius for not telling her.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
She sure didn't. :) Glad you like this. Answers soon
Hmmm.... I wonder about Draco not showing up. that sounds a little ominous. I kind fo figured she would have to be with Malfoy from the beginning and could kind of, but not quite see the push of Severus. Gotta love that book.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
:) Thanks. More on DRaco soon
I bet Hermione is wishing she had listened to that little voice that told her this was a bad idea, that she shouldn't have gotten involved in the book. I really look forward to seeing how the book convinces her to play along.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
You know it!
Wow! Riveting is not a strong enough word to describe my feelings about this story. You have woven together so many layers so wonderfully. You have lonely Lucius and Severus who were destined to work together thanks to the famous Cassandra (love that). And I love the bits of Harry worked in. Hermione's dreams are just perfect. On to read more.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
I am so pleased. Thank you very much.
Very nice start. I love the book and how it has it's own way of taking control of the situation. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more of this one to see what she can learn from the book and if it has an ulterior motive other than bringing Snape back.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Thank you. Bad bad tome. :)
Oh crap - I honestly hope she kicks both of their arses and maybe even Narcissa. Harry can jump in and lay a beat down on both of them two. They should not have used her. Even if she does not hurt Severus - she should go after Lucius.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
She will definitely give for all she's got.
Very interesting plot. What great twists and turns. I never saw the Narcissa one coming (that she was in on it from the start.) I don't blame Hermione for feeling betrayed. What about Ron? Where is he? Tricked, I suppose?
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Thank you very much. More on Ron in the next chapter, which should be up tomorow
Damn me, but that was HOT!!Glad to see Severus back among the living -- not that he should ever have been among the dead to begin with. This story has grabbed me tightly and aboslutely refuses to let me go! Thanks for sharing.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Thank you very much. More up tomorrow.
Oh my! Hermione is feeling so much! Betrayed, confused, mad at herself for being blinded (although, Lucius was very brilliant in his manipulations... he had us all fooled, eh?), and most of all hurt. I hope Draco is okay, and I'm dying to find out more about Ron!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
Thank you. I'm glad she felt plausible emotions.
Wow! They'er in on it together? They BOTH wanted Sev to be the new Dark Lord?? I didn't expcet this. What a plot twist. *scrolls to the top to see if there is a character death warning* So he lives?? He follows through with these henious plans?? Ugh! Sev! What are you doing?? Can't wait to read the next! Great work!!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Breaching the Otherworld)
It's very twisty, innit? More up tomorrow! I'll answer some things for you all, I hope.
