Well, Ginny has already had a bad break up with someone, someone she cared for very much.

Hermione I see as someone who just made bad decisions in the past.  I established right before she slept with Severus that she's slept with men she had as friends and things just didn't work out.

I think a lot of women are turned on by seeing too very attractive men together, some just aren't willing to admit it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't see Ginny and Hermione turning to one another in that way here.  While they have been friends, their past in this story isn't as close as Severus and Lucius.  

You will see in the next chapter that there is still something there with both men that goes beyone just being friends and having a past physical relationship.  It goes deeper.

Oh yeah, I agree. I mean why is  sexy to watch two women but not two men?I'm a woman, and watching women fondle one another does nothing for me at all.  But put two sexy attractive men together even just kissing and you've got my attention.My friend and I are watching the final season of Queer As Folk, and whenever her husband comes into the room during kissing scenes he says "That's gross" So we tell him it does the same thing for us as watching two women does for him, he shuts up and leaves without a word.  LOL.

Right now, I've got two scenario's I can use regarding that key.  One is something I've been thinking about from the start, and another is an idea Whimbley gave me.

I actually did think things might be different over there in respect to gay couples.  I know that in the US they have no rights as couples, which really sucks for them.I wanted to eventually have Draco and Harry have an opportunity to actually have a ceremony and have legal rights.Thanks for the article.  I'll read it and see if maybe I can have Hermione give them the news about their rights.I appreciate you taking the time to check on that.

Oh yes, you know I'm going to delve more into their relationship.  That's a given here. It's the main reason why I wanted to write this fic, I wanted it to be about them as much as the women in their lives.I'm glad you liked the fatehr son conversation, it was important to get it done.LOL, I sometimes write Luscious too as I'm writing his name.  I have to go back and replace it.

I have to be honest, I actually hadn't planned on it when I started.  But as I began to write about Severus and Lucius, my naughty muse started going in a different direction.  I wanted their relationship to be a deep one, having involved more than just mere friendship at one point. I can tell you that the next chapter will involve a bit if lemons with Severus and Hermione.

Yes, it began with the near death of Draco, and then his wife left him for Voldemort.  I wanted to make the Severus/Hermione relationship one that's been growing.  I thought it more realistic to have had it building up over a couple of years.This story will be mostly equal parts Severus and Lucius.  I've been wanting to do something for a while with a bit more emphasis on Lucius, but I couldn't leave Severus behind.Thank you for commenting.

The relationship developing over a couple of years is realistic. A Lucius fic with a backdrop of HG/SS is very appealing, I have to say (in equal parts, even better).

Lucius will have his own love interest too.  I like the idea of an older Ginny.  She'll be about 24.

Oh yeah, it wasn't looking good for Severus.  I'll have more on Lucius in the next chapter.I love that quote too.  I read it years ago.

Thank you for your comments.  I certainly see Lucius as a person who when pushed too far, will not stand idley by.  I think there is more to him than what we have seen.  I believe he is fiercly loyal to his family.As for Severus, he would not have crossed that line when it came to Hermione had he not been so close to death.I appreciate you taking the time to review this chapter and taking the time to read it.
