It is a wery strong start of Your new story and I must say,I like it wery much . Hermione is after all , not behave like I usualy see her , and I think that her some sort of break - down will have a serious consecqens to her psihe . She is obiously in love for some time in Severus just as he have fillings for her to , because he simply can force him self to rape her no matter what. I can only imagine what he was filling at the moment ,so he react whit hate him self and her also .Pleas update soon , because I can wait for next chapter.

It's his fault for not having a spine to do what he needed to do to prove himself as a loyal Death Eater in order to keep up the ruse.I was wondering what direction you would take after Bookends. This story shows great promise (as I expected that it would) and I'm looking forward to your next update.

How do you do it, with each new story that you write you always know how to grab and draw me in from the get go. This chapterr is no differant. With this chapter you have set up a scenario that could go in so many directions its mind boggleing but none the less captivating. I look forward to the next chapter with much anticipation.

Sure that sits well with his ego, to have the women he loves so deeply he'd give everything up for finding fault with him, ouch!However I do understand his anger about her putting herself in danger and no matter what he did he couldn't stop it.How long will it take before Severus stops hiding behind the angry words?" i loved this, I to always wondered what would happen if snape didn't rape hermione as ordered.  I can't understand the attitude he is displaying toward her, I feel sorry for hermione.  I think someone so highly strung as hermione in many ways would fall into depression very easily, all brilliant minds seem to.  I wait anxiously for the next chapter ... congratulations on an excellent story and concept

that was really great. I was surprised when the Ginny angle came into play. So since she wasn't a Horcrux, but just had some of Tom's powers, it would be very interesting to see where Ginny's life will take her as she could either be another Molly, the Next Dark Lady, or, more likely a female Dumbledore. I enjoyed this from start to finish in the 2.5 hours it took to read. Very different and wonderful.

I love this fic. Is kind of enlightening about self-mutilation. You gave me a point of view I never considered before: cutting as a way of "cleaning" or "purifying bad humors" out of one self. I had other views about it: for example too much pain makes you numb. Numbness is a defense against pain induced insanity. And cutting is the way of feeling something again over the numbness. Other point of view is: some physical pain can distract from deeper, more unbereable pain. Another one: you hurt the thing you hate most-yourselfAm I right?.About your Snape´s actitude I have some guesses: I think he was atractted to Hermione before it all happened. And when he saw her naked and defenseless he felt a little aroused. And at that instant, being a decent guy he realized how disgusting that feeling was. So he tried to blame her for awakening such monstruous feelings in him and wanted to belittle her just to negate any kind of atraction  he felt. If he can convince her and himself that she disgusts him he can pretend he was never aroused by her in such horrible circunstances. That way he can forget the raping monster inside him

ahh, how lovely. I read this in one sitting and totally loved the way you were able to describe Hermione's despair and her shift to build up her self esteem. I work with young people who self harm, and not all of them are able to make the recovery, but you have described the necessary processes really well. Excellent story.
