Not to step on anyone's toes but "illicit" in this sentence:" However, in the back of her mind, she was rather turned on. The idea of being able to illicit such a response from a powerful, self-controlled wizard as Professor Snape made her dizzy with lust." Should be elicit. That was a good chapter, and I like the interactions with Harry, and was amused by the quick trigger there with Hermione.

To sum up, this chapter made me cry, blush, and laugh out loud. Great job, especially Remus's analysis of witches talk!As odd as it is, I absolutely love the relationship between Harry and Severus as father and son. It's so amazing!! Just wondered if we're nearing the end? Really liking this, and wondering how much farther we've got.

This chapter runs the gammut, misery, confessions, love. I loved it when Severus said, "I have my boy again," I was so touched! And Hermione is certainly a self-possessed and mature young lady. Great! and then at the end, the comic relief! Thanks for this update!

Harry and Severus' interactions were wonderful in this. His calling Severus Dad was really a tender moment. And he punched some sense into him to. I think Harry is my new hero. I'm glad Severus was up front with Hermione about his past. A serious relationship definitely shouldn't start out with secrets. Hermione was pretty forgiving. She's ga-ga over him, so I guess that can be understood.

I liked Tonks in this chapter. I'm also glad to see Snape continuing to keep Hermione at a distance. The timing is still not right, but when it is, I'll applaud.

Well, your characterisation of Sirius is certainly spot-on. I couldn't stand him in canon and I can't stand him in this story either. Please tell me that he's still going to get pushed beyond the veil. Even though Harry will be hurt, I'm be glad to see the last of Sirius. (OH, and please don't make Severus feel guilty about it!)

I know you've said this will eventually be a SS/HG story, but for right now, with Hermione 'almost sixteen', Severus's treatment of her seems appropriate.

Oh, man ... methinks you're going to have to be wizard yourself to turn this awful, despicable Snape into someone I could like and respect. I'm sticking with this story, but I have to be honest and tell you that right now I'm not liking it very much.

Our Severus is in for long, dry spell and he will be feeling a lot of remorse over what he did to that prostitute.Hold on, I know it's really bad right now, but it will start to take a turn. Beautiful, such a tear-jerker! The image of 'broken Lucius' is really clever, he's not usually made vulnerable. And twisted though it is, the logic was really clearly plotted out. can't wait for more!
