Jumped on the Harry Potter bandwagon in 2000 (when Goblet of Fire was out in hardback). Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite in the series, followed by Order of the Phoenix. I read and write in the SS/HG corner of the Potterverse.

I feel bad for all 3 of them.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Poor things, I'm really not very merciful...Thank you!
"A horrified gasp escaped him as he fingered his pride and joy. Split ends!"Too funny. So on target. Vanity, thy name is Lucius.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! Glad you found that bit funny.Indeed it is!
Oh, I love that it's getting so complicated. Nice and intriguing. Love your work so far. Waiting on pins and needles for the next chapter.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! I'm delighted to hear it.Next chapter coming soon!
Kingsley is an adrelin junkie, Lucius has split ends and Severus is worrying about going grey. Hells bells woman what have you done? I enjoyed this chapter very much per usual. Lucius doesnt know about Hermione's sterility does he?
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Heh! Delighted that you enjoyed this as much as usual.Lucius does know - he found out a couple of chapters ago by inadvertently putting his foot in it.
well, I'm glad Severus and Hermione are not imprisoned (yay, Kingsley!), but things still look very tense in that Manor. I cannot guess how you're going to resolve things, you clever author! thanks for the new chapter.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much!Tense is a pretty fitting word for it...Next chapter coming soon!
Oooh, I'm so going to enjoy Lucius-the-lusty's persual of Hermione! I hope the three of them can work out something mutually beneficial. :D
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! I'm sure Lucius will enjoy it too, although Severus will definitely not.Maybe they will, maybe they won't...More coming soon!
poor severus! he's really got his work cut out for him. lucius-the-lusty and hermione-the-horrific! good luck and good update. thanks so much
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Indeed he has! Thank you!More coming soon!
Hermione is a bad ass! =] Though, hot as Severus is, I can't see why she doesn't take advantage of her situation and 'visit' Lucius on occassion. I know, true love, all that... But two extremely attractive men? If that's a curse, may the Lord smite me with it!! Lovely, dearest!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
That she is!Er... give her time. And she's not going to sneak around behind Severus's back, that's for sure! The only way she'll visit Lucius is if Severus does too... somehow I doubt either of them are ready for that.Thank you!
I am enjoying your story very much, however, I must admit that I don't really know what to think about Lucius. Or more to the point, I don't know what to think about Hermione's apparent strong dislike/wariness of him. I know they have a difficult past, but who knows how long they are going to be in this situation and it seems she is getting more and more afraid/distrustful of him as time goes by rather than more comfortable with exposure. And poor Severus seems to be stuck in the middle. I look forward to seeing where you are taking all this. Thanks for posting, JoAnne
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying it.Well... of the two of them, Severus is one who distrusts Lucius more. As for Hermione, there is the hurdle of the past to get over, and with the particular incident in this chapter... she'd had quite a stressful day. Give her time - she's only been married to Lucius for less than a month.
So, is Malfoy Manor going to become a central character in this tale a la Rose Red?
Could be interesting. How would it work? Friend/Enemy? Male/Female? Lover?Assassin?
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
That hadn't crossed my mind, although it will certainly be a setting throughout this tale. Interesting concept!
I loved the snippets of the Grangers meeting Lucius and learning about the wedding.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! Glad you did, hope you enjoy the next chapter.
lucky you- good betas! great story
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you, they are good betas, and are currently working on the next chapter.
Great story so far I can't wait until you have the time to gift us with another chapter.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! Chapter 6 is finally in the hands of my betas, so not long now.
Lucifer Manly...very funny. Now that they got to know him they should kept calling him Lucifer just to spite him. I do hope you'll give a detail account of what happened during the dinner. Good job.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thanks! It's certainly blackmail material against poor Lucifer - oops, I mean Lucius of course... There will be some more details of what happened during dinner, but not a full account. Hope you enjoy the next chapter despite that!
Great chapter - I loved the vanity that you gave Lucius - very fitting lines. I laughed when they compared the parents to the Dark Lord - the Grangers gave them a run for their money -lol. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next chapter.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! Not too long to wait for chapter 6 now, it's currently being betaed.
Oh wow, what an eventful meeting with the prospective in-laws. Lucifer Manly--very funny.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! I hoped it would be.
“Lucifer Manly, I presume,” **cackles uncontrolably**This story is a riot! So much fun!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
I hoped 'Lucifer Manly' would garner that reaction. Thank you!
Oh dear , the lads have a little work to do to keep the in-laws sweet!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Indeed they do!
Great chapter. Thank you for updating. I love Hermione's parents being a force to be reckoned with. I would expect no less from the two that produced the redoubtable Hermione.Good luck with your university work!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! It does make sense that Hermione comes from a formidable pair, glad you thought they were. Thanks! Chapter 6 is finally in the hands of my betas.
You're an evil one. That is too good and now that I'm addicted to it, I must wait to read the next. You better go to your computer and not leave it until the whole story is finished.Sorry I get distressed and a bit threatening when everything doesn't go as I want. Really sorry about this. Please forgive me.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Oh, I know. I do try my best with the evil-ness. Oh, wait, that's with the story, not with the delay.Sorry, but it can't be helped. Uni work being rather demanding!Don't worry. Next to oncoming uni deadlines, that's not a threat at all. Glad you're attached to this enough to threat!
Hermione really does care for Severus and he for her, which has become very evident. I'm glad she forgot Ron.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
They do. Glad you liked that! Thanks for reviewing!
Another delightful chapter. Heh-heh, so dinner with the prosepective in-laws didn't go so well? Hmmm. Am waiting for a more complete accounting of that!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! I hope to include a few more details of the dinner in chapter 6, but it won't be an exhaustive account. Hope you like it anyway!
Well, I certainly hope that you are going to finish it. This chapter was great, but to end a chapter that you don't have a successor for with such an evil cliffie is quite mean...I'm waiting for MORE!gab
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thanks! I'll do my best to finish this.Sorry! Uni deadlines are encroaching on my fic writing time.Hope chapter 6 will be worth the wait.
I know etiquette indicates that one should leave a review for each chapter but I couldn't resist clicking on that little arrow to get to the next chapter. I love the concept, I love the way you've handled the characters' personalities (Draco was a lovely surprise and I hope he pops in again--his conversation with Lucius was a great read). Severus and Hermione are perfect and I think one of my favorite lines was "The minor demon masquerading as her cat was happy to have Hermione home." I have a cat who is pretty much like that, including draping himself on me whenever I sit down to read. I also liked how you told us about the "meet the parents" explosion. It was fun eavesdropping on Severus and Lucius as they discussed the events of the evening. I'm looking forward to the coniuation of this story and have added it to my favourites list. Great job!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thanks for reviewing! I'm familiar with being unable to resist leaving on, and am touched that this story is apparently irresistable!Glad you like the concept and my handling of the characters.Chapter 6 may take a while to come, but hopefully within two weeks.
Argh what a wonderful tale and a distressing footnote, but alas I will wait (not necessarily patiantly) for an update. Irish
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thanks! Sorry about the wait, but it can't be helped: uni deadlines.
