Jumped on the Harry Potter bandwagon in 2000 (when Goblet of Fire was out in hardback). Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite in the series, followed by Order of the Phoenix. I read and write in the SS/HG corner of the Potterverse.

FOURTEEN YEARS for Hermione to have that baby -- OMG, she must have given up and then become pregnant by accident. What happened to SSHGLM -- are they happy together as a trio? I'm glad Lucius' reputation has improved; it was worth a Time-Turner, plus he got an Order of Merlin. Thank you for the captivating story! I've enjoyed your explanations of magic and seeing how you rearranged all the characters.

It did take a while... rather cruel of me!As for Severus, Hermione and Lucius... I think they're happy enough, but whether they're together? Up to you!I'm sure Lucius definitely found it worth a Time-Turner!Thank you very much! I'm delighted you found it captivating, and that my explanations of the magic involved worked.
Fantastic story and well ended! You showed their heartbreak over the babies beautifully and a perfect name chosen for her to both remember her siblings and still mark her as unique. Thank you for sharing!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! I'm glad the name worked well.
Thank you for the intriguing read. It has been a pleasure to follow this story to its conclusion. I am glad that you gave them a happy-as-can-be-ending; it`s much appreciated. Many thanks, again.

Great job sticking to getting the story completed, we are glad you did! It was a compelling and well written fic.

Thank you very much! I'm very glad that you found it compelling.
I hope Lucius eventually finds his way into a relationship, whether with Hermione and Severus or otherwise. :)
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Maybe he will! I intentionally left it open so that readers could decide for themselves.Thank you very much for reviewing.
Truthfully, I had no choice but to "stick" with you throughout the story. It was one that gripped you and didn't let go. Thank you so much for sharing it with us and for finishing it for us.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
I'm delighted that this story did grip so well! Thank you very much for reviewing!
*squee* I'm so glad everyone is happy in the end. And they are rewarded by a baby. That's good as they really deserve it after all they went through. nI just wish she didn't have to lose seven before little Octavia. Anyway, I'd like to thank you for an original story that I've enjoyed immensely. *bow*
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! After all I put them through, I felt that a surviving child was needed for the ending to not be a downer. Unfortunately to fit with the story she had to lose some of them, although seven was plain cruel of me. Sorry!I'm very glad that you enjoyed this so much!
So, all's well that ends well. I had to laugh at Kingsley's reaction to Lucius saving the day. I also snicker everytime I consider Lucius' new role as the defacto 'Patriarch of Modern Wizarding Society' and social moral compass. *giggles*Severus and Hermione bother me a bit, but only because they are a typical, self-centered couple that is madly in love with one another, to the exclusion of all else. Harry, Ginny and Draco did a better job of coming to terms with the whole politically engendered situation. It really shouldn't have taken Narcissa expressing her last wishes to get these two to have done better by Lucius, but there you have it. I do get the trust issue, but until they were called out, they hadn't even bothered to consider the man's natural needs as a fellow human being.Thank you for writing such a fabulous, thought-provoking tale. I've been following from the first post and although I'm glad to have the finished product, I'm also sorry that it's all over with.Overall rating: 10++++
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! I'm glad you found Kingsley's reaction and Lucius's new role funny, I hoped they would be.I guess Severus and Hermione do get rather caught up in each other!I'm delighted that you found this a thought provoking story, and that you've followed it from the very beginning to the end. While I'm relieved that it's complete, I'm sorry too at the same time.
Aaah, a nice happy end for this extraordinary story that started off so dark and cruel. Thanks Ayerf!!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! I'm glad you found the end happy, even if I was still rather cruel to the poor characters even at the end.
Such a wonderful story, I hate to see it end. Very nicely done. May your plot bunnies be fruitful LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR NEXT STORY TOO! JIM
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! While relieved to complete the story, I was left sort of bereft at the same time. The plot bunnies are certainly fruitful, the only thing is that thanks to real life I lack the time to do much with them at the moment!
Quite a wild ride, indeed! I'm so glad that they could finally birth a baby of their own. This story had me on pins and needles, hear pounding, the edge of my seat, several times. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! I'm very glad to hear that this story was a wild ride for you, and that you liked the end.
Great ending! I just hope Lucius gets his happy ending, he deserves it!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! Hopefully they will all get their respective happy endings.Epilogue is coming as soon as my betas finish with it!
I don't think Severus would have failed had he had enough time to properly think straight - but in this case, I think Lucius did the best that he could under the circumstances. Go Lucius!!!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Severus might have managed if he'd had all of the pieces of the puzzle, but at least Lucius did perfectly well in his place! Go Lucius indeed!Epilogue coming as soon as my betas finish with it!
Yay! Great ending
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)

Great chapter! Wonderful twists and turns. It was very exciting and I enjoyed it very much (can't you tell?). Thanks for a delightful story all around. I look forward to the epilogue. JoAnne
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! I hoped it would be an enjoyable and exciting chapter! Epilogue coming as soon as my betas finish with it, I hope you enjoy it as much as you did the rest of the story!
What a heart-pounding chapter. I was on the edge of my seat. So great that Lucius and Narcissa were the ones that saved the day. I like to think that they may be greedy and materialistic, but not evil.Great job. I can hardly wait for the last bit.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you! I hoped it would be a tense chapter.Yes! For once they got to be the heroes, if greedy and materialistic ones.Epilogue coming as soon as my betas finish with it!
SQUEEEEEE!!!!! Fabulous use of time travel, and of course Lucius would have the sole remaining Time-Turner. Narcissa was wonderful in her keeping Hermione from the books, and I think Hermione might be kinder to Lucius for Cissa's sake. I am glad Severus will confront Lucius about the shelf of SSHG memories. Still not sure how you will give Lucius a happy ending, but at least he will have grandkids. No idea if you will let the threesome marriages continue now that the curse is ended and overseas bride-witches can safely move to England without fear of dying. Thanks for the fantastic chapter!!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you very much! I hoped the time travel would work well, and Narcissa's role.We shall see... although unfortunately overseas witch brides are not an option yet as the plague-curse was a worldwide problem. Voldemort certainly caused a lot of trouble with his last act!Epilogue will be posted as soon as betas finish with it. Hope it satisfies!
I nearly had a hard attack when she opened her eyes to the book. It was close. Also I will say *evil grin* for the last sentence. I'm so happy she's alive and that all witches are healed too. My only wish is for them to be blessed by a child now. And maybe a satisfying threesome sex life ... *hopefull eyes*
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Very close! I just couldn't resist that last bit. We shall see what comes of your hopes... epilogue coming as soon as betas are finished with it!
Academics are the bane of human existence at times. One would have thought that Mysteries folk would know better than to keep Tom's body in tact. It should have been burned, the ashes doused with holy water, and mixed with salt and iron shavings, and then exposed to Fiendfyre. Yeah, I know - overkill, but look who they were dealing with.I'm glad that you let Lucius save the day. He deserved to get a bit of his own back.I look forward to the upcoming discussion.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Too clever for their own good, yet too stupid at the same time... Heh! I like your method of disposal. It does make a nice change for Lucius to be the hero.Epilogue coming when my betas have finished with it!
Is the Epilogue going to wrap up when Lucius wrote the letter to himself?Oh, thank you for not letting Severus miss Lucius' special shelf! I hope you have a scene from that discussion in the Epilogue.Looking forward to seeing how the Epilogue plays out!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Yes and no... it is going to be in the epilogue, just not the end of it!I couldn't let Severus miss that!Hope the epilogue satisfies, it'll be posted as soon as my betas finish with it.
Oops. He saw the shelf! :)
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Ooops indeed! I just couldn't resist it...Epilogue coming as soon as my betas finish with it!
