Jumped on the Harry Potter bandwagon in 2000 (when Goblet of Fire was out in hardback). Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite in the series, followed by Order of the Phoenix. I read and write in the SS/HG corner of the Potterverse.

Oh NO! Lose Severus? That can't happen....oh dear, oh dear... Severus is a Potions Master, surely he can think of something? Or Felix Felicis, maybe, taken before sex??? Aiii! You're killing me with the suspense of this! Great chapter!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Severus does have something up his sleeve... Sorry for the wait! I hope to start writing chapter 17 soon.
That is SO sad!!! Please make sure that true love conquers all...Great chapter!!!gab

Thank you! That is the sort of reaction I was hoping for. I hope to start writing the next chapter soon.
Oh dear, this changes everything... I'm looking forward to their fight against the Wizengamot (I can't imagine that either Severus or Lucius will simply let her go).
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Severus definitely won't just let her go. Nor will Lucius, although what he can do is more limited. Thanks for reviewing!
So glad to see an update to this story. Can't wait to find out what happens. I know they can't lose each other and wonder what Severus will come up with to help. Please don't make us wait long for an update.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thank you!I wish I didn't have to make you wait for an update. Unfortunately real life is pretty demanding at the moment. I do hope to begin writing chapter 17 soon.
Miscarriage is terrible in itself. Knowing of it even before the first try must be excruciating. Poor Hermione. But at least I have full faith that Severus will be able to invent a new potion. He just managed to control sex of the babies. He'll "just" research the cause of the family disability, figure out the potential improvement and invent the cure. Just. I believe in him. Or, Lucius better gets his power up and repeal the law. Or at least the addendum.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Severus might have something up his sleeve, but some things even magic can't fix. We shall see what happens! I hope to begin writing chapter 17 soon.
First of all, thank you for the update. Seccond, I am tempted to be mad at you for doing this to Hermione, haven't the poor girl suffered enough? I try to comfort my self with the mantra that you surely have a reason for this developement in the plot, but if you make Hermione loose Severus for even the miniscule seccond, I don't think I will forgive you. Nah, I would probably still like you, you do write so well, but I would put this story among those wip's classified as "don't care to read that one anymore, will look into them if they ever got finished to see if author solved problems satisfactory".
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Would I make Hermione lose Severus? Am I really that cruel? There is indeed a reason for this development in the plot. I hope I will solve the titular problems satisfactorily! Thanks for reviewing. I hope to begin writing the chapter 17 soon.
How sad to be deemed intrinsically worthless due to a characteristic that you cannot control or change; that has nothing to do with who you are. This devaluing is the root of all types of hatred, biggotry, and racism. The value of a person is intrinsic by virtue of them being a human and is not influenced by their capabilities or deeds. It cannot be negated by anyone. It must be a shock for Hermione to be on the receiving end of this blind prejudice.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thanks for reviewing!Poor Hermione is in a tough position... but at least she does have some experience in receiving blind prejudice, what with the whole Mudblood thing. Not that it really makes things any easier for her.
awwww poor mione ~pats~ she can adopt babies...there's always childrens needing homes and why not sev and mione's home? ~smacks a hogtied and gagged lucius when he tries to argue back~ no, yer a bad mans and not allowed to speak without persimmons... i mean permissions...lol sorry im hungry >.>
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Thanks for reviewing!Unfortunately, adoption isn't the answer to Hermione's problems. True, she would eventually like to be able to have children... but she's not ready yet. And to satisfy the law, those kids would have to be genetically her own - and magical.

well that bites...how about...she gets turned into a werewolf and bites some wee babies from an orphanage? not a great big bite, but a tiny wee nick? then they'd all be related kinda!Of course there would be the fleeing, the rabies shots, deworming. On second thought, maybe they can just keep trying? XD ~goes back to work now~
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
You certainly have some interesting ideas!Knowing how Severus feels about werewolves, yes, they'd better just keep trying.
Couldn't Severus can come up with some potion to solve this problem? It's cruel enough to force people to get married twice and be broodmares first, but then to push them aside as soon as there's a difficulty...!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
He might have something up his sleeve... we shall see! I hope to start writing the next chapter soon.
Poor girl, she's not going to lose him, right? But at least now she realizes how she feels about him.
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Would I do a thing like that? She certainly knows that she doesn't want to lose him. Thanks for reviewing.
Poor Hermione!
Response from ayerf (Author of Polyandry and Other Problems)
Indeed. One thing after another...Thanks for your review!
