I love to write. A dreamer, a creator and filled with wonder, imagination and life. Sometimes I get lost in the other worlds I've read and in some I create. It's all good, I’m in good company.

“Imagination does not become great until human beings, given the courage and the strength, use it to create.”― Maria Montessori
“Our imagination flies -- we are its shadow on the earth.”― Vladimir Nabokov
“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions.”― Albert Einstein

“Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were, but without it we go nowhere.” ― Carl Sagan

I loved Hermione dressing down Severus, I think she may just have given him a wake up call.  Ron is going to be difficult I bet, but I'm glad Harry is trying to help.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

I know, I know - it's about time she stood up to Severus and found her backbone. But yes, our girl really did give it to him. Yes, Ron will have to grow up a bit. I hope to make him do just that. Expect George and Harry to knowck - well, you'll see. thank you for the review - I appreciate it.

Ron really deserves to be punished.  That was pretty hot.  And I'm sure that Hermione knows how to play Severus.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Yes, Ron deserves to get his arse whooped! Even Neville moved clear of Hermione's wand path - although Harry and Gin stoped anything like that happening. Thank you. I'm glad you liked that scene.Yes, our girl does know how to 'play a Slytherin' fairly well. Thank you for the reivew. I appreciate it.

Well done, Hermione. Way to goad Severus into doing what he should. I love it when they all pitch in and help each other. Except Ron apparently.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Thank you. Yep, seh really knew which buttons to push. And Yes, friends stick together. I love the collaberation too - that's why I used the theme. Ron, is still hurt nad now also feeling guilty. He's to immature to deal with this well.

That's it Hermione, you set him straight on a few things.  Great chapter!

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Teehehe Yep, our girl sure worked him over. Thank you for the reivew.

I'm glad she's going to help him and that he believes her (mostly). I almost wish she'd be honestly thinking about annulling their marriage, especially since he's been treating her like shit. But it seems she's just going along with the flow. She did make some good points in the end, but I'd think she'd still be horrified by whom her Bond mate is and maybe feel some relief that it can be annulled. At least she has a choice. I'd like her to mentally explore both. Looking forward to the next.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Hermione and a 'good cause' - so naturally she's all focused on freeing Severus! So far Hermione has been trying to make things work, waiting for Severus to 'come around.' Luna, Ginny and even George have all told her that things will 'work out' and she believes them. She knows that she cast a Match-Making Charm and that the spell chose Severus as her soul mate. It didn't promise he instantly fall in love with her. Also, both Ginny and Luna keep telling her that 'it will be like it is in the dream' and I think she is still waiting for him to come around and make it like it was in the dreams. I know it's a bit delusional, and she's acting like a sap because of this... But yes, if Severus doesn't turn around before she gives up - she has an out.  Basically, sorry to say, don't expect her to really decide until Severus is either cleared/free or sentanced to life in Azkaban (as if I'm going to do that to him!) sorry, a spoiler. For those who think she's OC - she's young and hopeful and this is her first sexual relationship and I think the dream Severus really lit her fire and blew her mind so to speak.  I've a way to go to yet to do what I want in this story. I hope that's okay?

Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Reviewer)

It's very delusional, epsecially for a girl supposedly in love with someone else. You'd think there would be inner conflict at least. I don't see that here. I see, "Oh, okay, whatever, just because some spell said so." That just doesn't seem like Hermione to me, even if she was turned on by a few dirty dreams, ya know? Sure make Hermione want to make her "marriage" work, but what I'm saying is this, make it plausible for us to accept. A few sexy dreams wouldn't be enough to have me be someone's sex toy, someone who's a dick to boot, not if I'd wanted someone else. That's why I'm asking where the conflict is and hoping you would show us that through writing.

Well, at least he has the time to reflect and think about what she said.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Well, yes, nothing but time and a pair of her knickers!Thank you for the reveiw.

aahhhh!! Shite!  ^*^($^$#$@@&*(!!! Dirty sneaky sons of a gun, jumping out of the apples like that scared the ^%^$! of me and just when I thought Snape was gunna keep playing nice, now he's going to think hermonie had something to do with this. Ron and Rita need !@!(* beat. Rita, I'm gunna step on that bug... pain in the .  !@# anywho, great chappie btw. Ya think I got into it a little?? Naahhhh. Will be waiting patiently for the next wonderful installment....are we there yet??  ;)

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Linwe, I love this reveiw!! Sorry about scarrying you, but how else would Auror's get Snape? huh? Yes, Sev was starting to come around - but he's smart and - well, that's in the next chapter. Yes, he will think so, but you know Hermione - she'll straighten him out. That's in the next chap too. Ron will have to answer for his blabbing, Rita is still needed - so no squishing yet annd you forget Harry and Kingsley are in this! I've my next chapter written, but my beta and I haven't fixed my errors yet. I will post asap though.

Very nice take on this story so far!  You've managed to work in a lot of the steamy scenes without letting them get too repetitive.  I really like where you're going with this.On a side note, you can be a touch clinical in your writing of the male orgasm.  Not that it's done badly, it's just that your portrayal of Hermione's side of the scene is very real, and Snape's is just a bit off.Overall, I definitely look forward to reading more!

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Thank you very much. In regards to the male side, I actually asked a few guys I know (well enough to ask at least) to describe orgasm and how sex feels' and I'm using their actual words and wording. So as a female - yes it seems off - but my male proof readers say I'm spot on! Strange huh? I hope that doesn't throw you off when reading it. Just trying something new.

I like how you make an actual plot and story out of all this lemony goodness!

Author's Response: Thank you, enjoy the lemonaide!  For when they finally get together, things really get heated/messed up!

Sev in research-mode! I'm figure a betrothal spell perhaps wouldn't be the first thing he'd look for! ;-)

Author's Response: Yep, Sev in research mode and reasearching in the Malfoy library!  Happy hunting Severus!

Thank you very much for the review - you gave me a chuckle reading it!

Fascinating start to this! Like the little snippet of the woman in the Ministry reading of the 'engagements'!

Author's Response: Thank you very much.

Oh, you’ll see Maggie Whitmire again real soon. She’s your typical bureaucratic gossip, and loves being the first to know the ‘good news,’ ‘happy tidings’ and ‘tragic news’ that’s recorded on her ledgers.  Teehehehe

I love this story. I think the stories on the Plight Pairing Charm are so fun. I must admit that Snape was much sexier in Hermione's dreams. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Thank you. Yes, he's far more himself in RL than in the spell induced dreams... but once he comes to terms with being Bonded to Hermione, Luna, Ginny and George will all be right! The big question is: will he come to terms with it before he loses her?

Lol I wish I could have been there to see Narcissa's face.  That would have been a treat.  Oh and then Molly's.  Priceless.  You know what it doesn't always have to be able the smut,  their reaction is just as good for me.  And Rita,  I really wish someone would step on that pain in the ass bug.  Oh well, maybe next story. lol.  I can only hope.  lol

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Yes, Narcissa's reaction would have been priceless! I bet Severus was fully amused by it. As for Molly, well, yes, she had her own plans for Hermione (as if with Ron - gags) so this would really be a shocker! another Kodac moment! And Rita, I have plans for her - remember Severus is not gonna be too pleased about his book, the articles and what not!! and I'm sure Hermione will... You'll see, she's skinning her own goose.... But I'm ahead of myself here.

10/10

Arabella Bloodgood

Severus is so incharater.  Hermione just needs to just give him time to adjust and then once he sees how its going to be, he will get into a routine with her.  I believe anyway or maybe hope is the word I need.   Don't get my wrong, I love the sexy beast but I have never seen such an accomadating Lucius before.  I love it.  Can't wait to see more.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Thank you. i'm trying so hard to have him in true canon character.  Hermione is simply trying to make things work out, and figure Severus out at the same time - he's not making it easy on her. Severus is trying to gain control and get his life back as HE wants it to be. neither is winning at this, are they?  LOL  Give them time... both have just got to come to terms and accept it, then...As for Lucius. Severus is a friend, a housequest (while he recovers) and thier relationship is based on a good comradery and long time familiarity. However, we are seeing the relaxed Lucius. There is the public and deep seeded side to him as well.  The thing is I wnated Severus to have someone on his side in this. Don't be surprised if Lucius sees this as something to take advantage of later....

I don't know who to feel more sorry for anymore. Hermione really did it to them both. And then having to deal with Rita. Wonder what the Prophet will say come morning?

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

LOL I think today I'll feel sorry for Ron, the poor sod. *Snerk*   Hermione is simply trying to make things work, Severus is still trying to get the upper hand and gain control. Unfortunately, neither is winning at this point.

Boy, trouble just followed trouble, didn't it? Poor Hermione.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Ah, yeah it did a bit.  Thank you for the reveiw.

Poor Hermione. She really should have known better than to do the charm. Hopefully this will work out for her.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

At least you'd think she'd have looke dit up and read on it first! I like happy endings. It may take a rough path to get there - but I like happy endings.

Oh, denial. At least Severus is getting over his. :D And time is running out. *wink*

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Oh, yes, blessed denial... and Yes, time is running out. *Snerk* Don't worry... *grins*

Interesting that Severus would be aware of the charm/potion, but poor Hermione trying to explain it under such circumstances. LOL

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Yes, he is just trying to drive home the fact that she wasn't thinking. He can be intimidating at times... LOLThank you for the reveiw -I appreciate it.

Poor Severus. Poor Hermione. LOL Always watch out for love potions. LOL

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

They will both surrive this and it will be fine - in the end. However, with these two, it wil take some doing to get there. LoL

Very interesting start. I like the rhymes and it fits very well with the one in the challenge. :)

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Thank you very much. I appreciate the compliment.

Another brilliant chapter. I really feel for Hermione's predicament. I fully understand Sev not being all roses and violins, coz that just wouldn't be him. They need to spend more time together. I'm looking forward to the next update!

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Thank you very much. Yeah, Severus isn't the roses, poems and violins and sappy sentiments kind of guy. So far, no, they aren't really spending any real 'quality' time together, so they aren't (or at least he isn't) treating this like a real relationship. I'll work on that some...

I have a feeling Ron is going to end up getting hexed. I loved Snape's inner dialogue with regards to the Imperius curse. This was a good chapter, I felt Hermione was a bit on the whiny-poor-me side...and I feel for her. I want her to get assertive and stand up to Snape...but I will wait and see! Looking forward to the next update.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

Ron is setting himself to get more than just hexed! Hermione will get her 'pants on' and stand you to him, but give her time to realize that seh can stand up to her one-time snarly Potions profesor. There are habits here that she hasn't 'gotten over' yet.

Brisinggammen

Lovely update. Poor Hermione, but I must say, she doesn't really try to see it from Snape's point of view. Looking forward to see what good old Rita is up to....

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Plight-Trothed Bride)

No, because he's not really trying to talk to her - jsut use her and then takes her 'home.' It's a little hard to consider someone esles' perspective when you're still struggling with yours. As far as Rita? Getting the story, twist the facts and cause a bit of trouble... You'll see...
