When Hermione discovers that an incurable Snape has been left to waste in a secret hospital ward, she sets out to do what so many have failed to do before and cure him.

Hello. I love reading and writing... what more can I say?
Reviews for For Him
Gods, that was incredibly powerful...riveting..
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you... it was hard to write, but also good.
Oooo, now I want an example of Snape's darker side being so... Persuasive. Anything that makes Bella shudder must be powerful indeed.
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
I shall have to work hard to oblige :D
Hmm, what will Lucius find in there?
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review. And what will Hermione do when he ends the spell and he has to give her back her wand--can he run that fast, do you reckon? :D

Oh, what a chapter. It opens so many questions. I look forward to the next one.

Thank you for the review. The next one is now in the queue. It may answer a few questions, although, I think that it'll pose a whopper! I hope that it proves worth the wait. Many thanks for staying with the story :)

Yes, I have read this before! It's a really good story and I'll enjoy reading it again. I totally forgot the storyline until I read this chapter. But don't worry, I won't give anything away, LOL!

Hello
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
, I'm so glad that the story has grabbed you again and you're enjoying it--I had to blow the dust and cobwebs of it too--lol--I even had to go back and re-read sections of it to remind myself of what was going on.Many thanks for the reviews
Ok, so that old man is Dorcas Meadowes husband. And Death Eaters killed their children. And this "thing" has a vendetta out on Snape because he was a Death Eater. But what is the "thing"?
The old man is in cahoots with Dumbledore? And Dumbledore seems to have no problem with stalling Hermione. I wonder why?
Something dark is afoot! Even though the old man with the accent seemed cordial enough to Hermione, it seems that he is hiding something.
Wow, this was a good opening chapter! How could I have let this one slip by me? Can't wait to read the rest!
This is majorly creepy. Bella needs to be stopped. Although it appears the Ravens helped expell Bella from his mind this time.
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review. The ravens! Excellent observation ... and that they split? Any thoughts on why that happened? :D Ooops with regards to Bella being stopped... she's playing truant and not quite ready to stop. Next one is in the queue...Thank you for reading and reviewing.

Bella is abolutely scary in there. I wouldn't meet her in a dark alley. Well not even in a britght one. Thank you for your neverending good work on this.
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review. She is scary! I hope that you're not that squeamish because she gets a little bit more scary pretty soon :) Oh, you're more than welcome... the fact that you're reading this is enough of a thank you :D

Thank you for the review. It kind of makes you think, doesn't it? :D How would you find her, and if you did, how would you keep her? You're welcome :) ... Thanks for the kind reviews that you've left.

I don't know what your day-job is, but you could quit it and start writing thrillers and horror stories. You are giving me the creeps. (mind you, I like creeps, hehe).
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Wow! Thank you for the review, the stars, and the wonderful compliment. It is creepy; sometimes, I worry if it is too creepy. Next one should be written soon and uploaded.Thank you for staying with the story :)

Sweetflag, yo've used the words so well that I had to go backover the chapter to find them. Good job hon. Really enjoying the dream state and hate Bella.
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review. I have to do that too, otherwise, I miss using one of them. I remember writing a chapter ages ago and looking through it, realising that I hadn't used the word ubiquitous... had to rewrite a whole section... lol.Glad that you liked this one.

This was yet another creepy chapter and I say that as a compliment. The most disturbing part for me was Bella in the healer crawling atop Snape and licking his snake bite. Ewwwwww
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review :D I had Helena Bonham-Carter very much in mind when I wrote that scene. She gave Bellatrix a rather 'playful' aspect; much more interesting than the image conjured from the book. She made insanity seem almost appealing.Thank you once again :)

Fascinating plot. I read up to this point in one sitting. Quite an interesting twist on the effects of Nagini's venom. And Bella... still alive? Makes the blood run cold!Keep up the good work.
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review and the stars. I liked the idea from the second I thought about it; Voldemort had indicated that the snake's venom had been in some way required for his development prior to his 'resurrection' (oops... not sure if that's actually canon! I'll have to check.), and it just struck me as being almost right that something that nurtured the Dark Lord would be just totally vile to anyone else.Technically, she's dead, but in reality, she's... whatever she is--you'll find out about the whys and therefores of that particular happenstance a bit later on.Thank you for the encouragement :) much appreciated.I hope that you enjoy the next two drabbles...

Your Bellatrix crawls right under my skin and gives me the creeps. Huh...
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review and the rating :) I'm sorry, but after much effort, I can't see your comment about Bella as anything but complimentary ;) She is a bit off-kilter, and I really can't see much in the way of redemption for her. Thank you for staying with the story :)

Bellatrix seems to have total control over someone with complete access to Snape. Yikes. Now she is climbing on top of him and licking him. Yuck. Hermione and Lucius need to hurry. Who has been going through Hermione's belongings?
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the review :) Bella's access to Snape is the key issue at the moment, that and how on earth do you stop her?!? Now that Hermione fears that her plans have been compromised. her need to complete the task will spur her on (almost recklessly), so Lucius will be forced to work all the harder. The house-elves went through Hermione's things--as they have with a few of the students within Hogwarts. After the War, there were fears that the students would be in a highly agitated and fragile state, and the Board of Governers felt that the students needed some extra care and attention. The house-elves were asked to look for any signs of trauma adversely and dangerously affecting the students, such as self-harm for example, or in some cases, the harm to others. Info gathered in this way was distributed to McGonagall and the new counselling service so that they could pre-empt any nastiness. McGonagall visited Snape, and as she walked past Bella's little cell, then so Bella would see whatever the older witch knew.Hermione has no idea of this of course, that Bella could eventually discover such things, but the idea that her plan was known by someone has disturbed her immensely, and will add to her overall anxiety. Hermione is not handling things well at all, really! The added paranoia may just send her loopy!Thank you for reviewing, and I hope that you enjoy the next two drabbles.

*Single cello playing the theme from "Jaws" in the background.*Hurry Lucius. Hurry Hermione! Back, Bellatrix! Back I say!*Goes to get adhesive bandages for her fingers whose nails have been chewed to the quick.*Suspense, I love it.
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Thank you for the lovely review :D I have the theme to 'Jaws' going through my head; made everything a bit more sinister for me now, lol. I've just had a glance over the two drabbles in the queue at the moment, and they're a bit more gentle than the last two; they're more there to explain what's going on so far... although Bella does start digging her claws in a bit... *evil laugh*. I hope that you stay with the story as there are several interesting things that have yet to happen, and of course, Snape has to wake up. Thank you once again :)

Want to read on, but must go to bed. Now! But I will probably not sleep well, as I am being worried for Severus. /M
Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
Sleep! To save time and energy, why not review the once after you've read it through? I won't mind :D Good job that you stopped reading when you did as things get a bit worse for the poor man! Thank you for reviewing :)

Response from sweetflag (Author of For Him)
There will be a 'AHA!'... but it may be a way away yet :D
