Years after Voldemort is destroyed, Hermione struggles to have the life she has always wanted. **Note: This story is on haitus. It isn't abandoned; I simply have no idea when it will be continued.

Reviews for Strega Letteraria
I don't know how to take Narcissa yet. I think I will wait awhile on her.I keep forgetting to leave my name. SorryTamara
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Oh, Tamara, I know who you are. No worries.
Ha I am almost sure who the stranger is now. Just waiting to tell me for sure. He is brave to show his self but to bug her is good. I like that he wants to keep her safe. Man I like this story.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I'm glad you like it and are enjoying the mystery of the Stranger.
Ah Draco, you never were too bright were you? It was your father's own fault he is the way he is. Oh well guess you will have to learn the hard way.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
You're right. Draco is a little (?) irrational. Not a good quality in such a good-looking boy. Too bad.
Oh boy the plot thickens.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
It certainly does!
Harry is a git. hhhmm Lucius, dead or alive? this story will keep me guessing.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I wrote another story where Harry and Ron were both gits to the extreme. I love writing them that way.
It is never good to have an one night stand with your best friend. And someone needs to have his eyes checked. This story is going to have so much drama. lol I can't wait.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I so agree with that. It's definitely not.
Your betas are the best. What is up with Harry? Is it cold feet or something? I guess I'll find out later.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
You know something about Harry? I get tired of seeing him in a perfect light and just need to expose his humanity I guess.
Wow this story is very cool. I can't wait to find out who the stranger is. I have some guesses but no one for sure, yet.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I'm happy that you started reading this story. It is one I'm working very hard on, sort of challenging myself with.
wonderful story! Can't wait to see what happens!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Thx! Me too. (Just kidding. It's in editing phase!)
ooh so good so far. I can't wait for the next chapter.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Yeah. Me too. After I get settled from my move, I will be concentrating on it. Thank you so much for your kind words!
AHH!! No, no, no! I need more. I have put off my own story so that I could read this one. I will be sure to put all the blame on you in order to mollify my readers. I absolutely love this fic.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
*lol* I need to get my beta to send the next chapter back to me so I can revise. Other than that, it is written at least!
lovely, lovely. thanks so much for this update and i look forward to more.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
thank you ... hang in there; more will be coming!
Wow. I'm not sure how, but I completely missed the fact that this fic had been updated, for the last three chapters. Huh. Guess I should pay closer attention. Anyways, lovely chapters as always. I like the development between Hermione and Severus, it's coming along nicely. ^_^ I can't wait for more!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I always like it when I've got three or four chapters waiting for me. It's like an ultra-fix. ;) Glad you caught up and that you're enjoying it!
Very much enjoying your story! Only 'constructive' thing I can think of is that I wondered if "dewish" was a word. I expected dewy and it threw me off a little. I'm looking forward to further developments. thanks!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Did it on purpose, actually. 'Dewy' just didn't feel right to me, and I was trying to paint a picture, so I got a little creative.
YAY! Attraction on behalf of both parites. Dang baby may muck that up. Or worse, Potter. Malfoy is still up to his plotting I am sure of it. But alas there will need to be this drama, so bring it on!!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Drama is the word for it. More drama to come!
Does Hermione have any thoughts of telling Harry about the pregnancy? Even if he wants no part of the baby he should know, shouldnt he? Looks like the Hermione & Samuel relationship is moving in the right direction. I hope they can help each other realize their goals. ((is happy))
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I can't answer any plot questions without giving anything away. But know that I will not ignore the issue! ;)
You make me smile.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
That's good! Thank you.
Lovely little walk in the moonlight
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Lovely little walk[should be: romp] in the moonlight.
There. That's better. Oh, wait. I didn't write that scene yet. *smirk*
Sighs happily. Thank you for updating. I was wonder where you were, but I was patient. Please don't let hang for so long again. I missed my fix.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Well, I'm glad this story satisfies your "fix". I won't wait so long next time, I promise.
Thanks for the great update. I'm glad they're having the opportunity to be "normal" around each other. I wonder if Severus will ever confront her about the baby's father.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
You'll see ... it's not over yet!
Thank you so much for the update, I really enjoy this story!!! I love the way you present Severus and Hermione, very well done.Update again soonI must also thank you for the information about the "sons of destiny" books by Lotm, I know what I am getting my self as a present very soon:-))
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Those books are like the present that keeps on giving. They really are a treat, and are fit to be read multiple times. I'm glad I could 'advertise' them like this.
What a lovely poetic chapter. Normally, I don't have the patience to read lyric chapters, but somehow, this style fitted so very well their moods. The action has been subdued for the time being, the problems solved, and there remained just the beautiful evening to enjoy. Lovely.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
For the time being ... every storm needs a lull every once in a while. ;)
Totally awesome chapter that screams for more. :-) I love the two-different-persons Snape and how he shows some hidden characteristics in his second persona.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Good thing it screams for more, because there is more. I just have to nudge the beta for her comments now. *lol*
Yay, update! Hermione is more understanding than I think I would be. Love the mirrors (and Hermione's first guess that they would lead to televisions!) and I especially love Severus letting his voice glamour slip for her.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
I think Hermione is a bit introspective and probably has quite a bit on her mind ... hopefully more on her mind as time goes on. ;)
Hermione was so nervous prior to the meeting--that was so cute. I loved the lines “So, I suppose I shouldn’t pick my nose or adjust my brassiere or anything like that, then,” she said most seriously.“Not unless you want me to know what color lingerie you are wearing that day, no, I suppose not.” His smirk was tempered by Samuel’s features. At last they are interacting with each other (and Hermione knows his true identity). There seems to be attraction on both sides. I hope she will let him know she likes his actual features and voice.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Strega Letteraria)
Thanks. I'm trying hard to show the attraction because that's most important, isn't it? ;)
