Hi,
I absolutly love fanfiction but I never thought I would write one myself. But when Healer Pomfrey put up a contest I decided to write a stroy for it! The result was my story "Everything will be okay soon" !
I'm a social worker in a children shelter for abused, hard to educate and/or criminal girls.

XD XD Oh, God, I'm laughing too hard to think coherently.... Poor Sev. XD When you mentioned that James was manipulative, I immediately guessed that perhaps he had been a Slytherin at school. Did I guess right?

I haven't thought about this. But I think when he had gone to Hogwarts, he would have been in Ravenclaw. :) You will see more of him in the next chapter!
Thank heavens Severus did something. Now Harry can hopefully begin to heal when all is said and done.

God, it's so hard to see Harry like that. Poor thing. And Snape in the role of the understanding and caring Professor is quite a shock too. This is so good, I only regret the chapter are not longer. *wink*

Thank god, eveything is going to come out now. I am sure the magical community can take children away from abusive parents or guardians just like the Muggle community does.

It's the turest heartbreak of abuse, that it renders it's victims unable to ask for help. Poor Harry. What a good role for Snape to play as the past victim that now becomes the support.

Oh, that was so sad, especially the part about Harry feeling he was a freak. I hope he's found out soon. The guy deserves some peace.

Nice, Harry will have a whole new world open to him now that he's away from his aunt. I would like to know what happens to them though.

It is long finished and a sequel is already started and half up. I just stopped posting here. It is too much work for me to post here and I get hardly feedback. Well thats WONDERFUL news that there is already more. I know it's a long process posting on TPP but I figure it will make my stories the best they can be. But A Ghost of a Chance is taking about 2 years so far and still has another 9 chapters to post. The process is dificult.I can understand about the feedback. I've gotten less and less as time goes by. I hope I can figure out how to find your story there. I read on the fanfiction.net site but usually I ahve a link to send me to a story. I've never had to look for one. Thank you so much for telling me about the FF site I'm going to go look for it now :)

I wish I had been the fly on the wall to witness Draco and Severus' conversation. And I'm dying to discover what Sev has in mind for them as punishment. I'm sure it involves something they'll need to do together so they get to know each other better.
