I love how Severus really steps up to take care of them here. I also can't believe Hermione's parents! What A-holes! Seriously, I mean that's your only child! Argh, my mom ran away from home when she got pregnant with me, but after I was born she took me to meet my grandparents and they were all good after that. Seriously, unplanned, un-wed pregnancy sucks, but thats your grandchild! Anyways if they're going to act like that they don't deserve to have Hermione and Sebastian in their life! Thanks for the update! ~

Thanks for the review. I hated to write the Grangers like that but in order for this story to work...they had to be A**holes. PS. Im glad you got to know your Grand parents.Red

I love how Severus pretty much instantly has these fatherly protective instincts when he hears his son crying. I love reading this story because it makes me realize that having a baby is not all flowers and sunshine. I keep reading how tired and beat up Hermione is and thinking...crap thats what its really like isn't it? Anyways. Thanks for posting. ~

Truthfully, I can only imagine how it is for Hermione since I have never had any children. But, I have heard stories and took my cues from them. I hope you continue to enjoy this story.Red

Hi! I read this over on Ashwinder and I loved it. Somtimes I go back and re-read it when I'm bored. Is this versino on TPP going to be updated for blood status? Just curious.
Author's Response: I'm not sure what 'blood status' means, but it is being updated for grammer and things. Its been re-written so that it reads easier.

Interesting, most people write the grangers with a very open, progessive nature. Good choice to go against the grain. This is such a different concept to the "Severus loves Hermione" bit, really looking forard to more.
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
I know its a different version of the Grangers, but I needed them that way to work with the story. I've had plenty of flames for making them that way. but...it works for the story.Red

I always thought he should be more worried about the Death Eaters finding out about it from Lucius
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
Lucius wants the secret for a good reason too, keep on reading.Red

This is just so sweet. Not sweet in the sugary way, but heart-warming. Very beautiful. Thanks for sharing. /M

Thanks, I dont think Severus would be honey sweet, more like...molassas. It takes some time to get used to his kind of niceness.Red

After only 2 chapters, I can tell that I'm really going to enjoy this story. I get very nervous about starting WIP stories, but this one had me intrigued. I can't wait to read more.~*

Yay! Bonding! What a great idea to have Harry play daddy for the masses. I hope it works! This was such a well handled momemt. How Hermione didn't let Severus run off while she was with her friends was just perfect. Keep those chapters coming! Cheers ~Brena
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
I'm glad that you approve of how I handled the Severus/Hermione/Harry daddy business. Your reviews are important to me. Thank youBlessed beRed
I can't for the conversation between Severus and Hermione. They really need to talk. It is the next chapter, yes?
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
Im not sure what talk you are referring to, but they do communicate a lot to help their relationship along. Please keep reading. Im sure your questions will be answered.Red
Heheee – I love how the boys are getting familiar with the situation.
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
Glad you approve of them. I prefer a united front against evil...as you will see in later chapters.Red
Yep, overall, Harry is definitely the better choice for the "proud papa" ... no one would ever buy the idea of a black-haired Weasley boy!But I was LOL at Severus' crack about where the Weasley fatherly instinct comes from. Hermione's reaction was priceless, but I can just picture the look that must have been on Ron's face. Well, now little Sebastian's Gryffindor uncles know his daddy has a wicked sense of humor!Great update, can't wait for the next one!
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
LOL. I'm glad that Severus's little joke was a huge success. LOL. I love a fun Snape...if a little dark.Red
stupid voldydork still being alive and making them pretend there is a different daddy for the baby! I grr at him angrily! anyways, i can't wait to read more!
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
LOL. I've been GRRRRing at him for years. LOLRed
that is a friend, indeed. i like that you've not made either of them swinish jerkoffs...although, i do generally like ron in that title role! great update. thanks so much!
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
I have always liked a good Ron. He may be a jealous jerk sometimes, but overall...he's a good guy.Red
Severus a joke HAHA!I hope they all come through the war and live happily ever after- but it's never that simple.

Nothing is EVER simple. In fanfic or real life.Red
A joke. That's a start! Perhaps Harry can have a room on the other side of Hermione's, for appearances sake.
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
I think it would be prudent.Red
I think Harry's son might be in a more dangerous position than Snape's son. HMMMMM.....but a good idea none the less. I think it will keep the guilty party unaware for a while. Great joke at the end. I didn't think Snape had it in him.
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
lol. glad that you liked the joke. i thought it was amusing too.
It is a clever ruse, but doesn't the child of Potter garner the same hatred as the child of Snape? Lovely scene altogether. Good joke for Snape!
Response from Red Writing Hood (Author of A Secret Worth Keeping)
that does get addressed. I think being the son of Snape would be worse. being a death eater.Red
Wealsey sperm A brilliant idea to let Harry pose as the father. That should be interesting! Thanks for another great chapter./M
