This is moving along nicely. I loved Hermiones reunion with Minerva in this chapter. I really could feel her emotions here and I totally would have run at the witch too! Hugs are Awesome! Anyways, Severus looks like he's in for a wild ride next. Can't wait for more! ~Brena

You're killing me Red Writing Hood, making me wait to find out the whole story concerning Lucius/Severus and Hermione. I had thought it was going to come last chapter, and then certainly this one. Hoping you post Chapter 10 soon.

S'funny - I don't usually like fics where the author tacks on an epilogue giving Hermione and Severus children, but I love 'Severus finds out that he is about to be or has just become a father' fics - this is a splendid example. I'm really looking forward to more. I hope that Harry can be persuaded to be reasonable (but I'm not holding my breath).

Oh wow! I think I'd prefer a holiday with a Blast-ended Skrewt than to tell Harry. I don't envy Hermione at all! Again, love Snape as the 'dad of the year'. Such a departure for him, though hoping there's some snark left in the old boy yet! LOL

Not the sharpest knife in the drawer is he. It's nice that Severus is being so tolerant of Harry that makes it easier for Hermione.

I love how you've written her breakdown when faced with returning to Hogwarts. Its so real and honest and powerful to see her fall on her knees in dispair. I know he's trying to do the right thing, but returning to the scene of the crime has got to be frightening as hell. Thanks again for a wonderful chapter. ~
