Well, it appears as though he definitely wanted an impersonal affair. I wonder what he'll think of the sex after he wakes up. Will he want more? Or will he be satisfied with what she had. While I am happy both with the update and that the fling actually has started, I must admit that I found Severus rather unsexy, detatched and I am not sure what is the correct word; cold? Indifferent? I know they have agreed upon a fling and that is brilliant as long as they both know and agrees, but up until they actually had sex it seemed like he wanted Hermione. As soon as she was undressed, it was like she just as well could have been a hole in the wall, he treated her like one would have treated a whore. A fling would, for me, imply that though neither intend to propose marriage, they found each other attractive and had an affair in mutual agreement and respect. This was more like Severus getting a whore free of charge and as long as he got somewhere to put his dick, he couldn't care less who the "hole" belongs too. I do think that Hermione deserves, and needs, to have a wonderful fling without any attachments after her failed marriage to restore her faith in herself as a desireable woman. This, though Severus  manage to give her an orgasm, can hardly be the way to make any woman feel wanted and desired. So far it only tells her that she ain't worth being aknowlegded. Nope, give Hermione a hot Itallian lover in stead; someone who treats her like a queen, making her feel wanted and desired. They will both know that it is just a fling, but at least Hermione would have the mans attention also after her dress is removed. Severus may need sex, but one must wonder just what kind of relationships he has had when this is his way to treat any lover.
