Hermione finds a mysterious piece of self-writing parchment in Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes that writes: Tell me your deepest desire. Thinking it’s a trick, she says, “I wish to see my soul mate?” and she suddenly finds herself at Severus’ feet.

I think Hermione is having a miscarriage, or did Snape think of giving her potions to prevent pregnancy? I really hope Wormtail will get his for his horrible acts.

All your answers are in the next chapter - but in a nut shell: yes, no - he didn't think of that, and oh yeah.
Poor Hermione. Brings new meaning to being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also like that she can still kind of remember some things. Proves to him she's a bit more than what he'd expected. I'm glad she doesn't remember the actual deeds. :(

I like the tone of your story. Snape isn't very lovely, but shows enough care, though very discreetly. I have the feeling that their relationship will build faster than what Severus would wish.

Oh this is good too! (I also like Water Demon). I ADORED "Traitor," it was a completely addictive story. I'll will probably enjoy watching where this goes too. My, you've been busy! I'm still trying to finish my latest chapter of fan fic... and have been for about 3 months.

I was enjoying myself very much until the author's notes. I personally hated the companion piece to "Traitor" (which to me was the real "end" of the story), although I had liked "Traitor" a great deal up until the last part. Now I'm alarmed! I'm a happy ending junkie and don't like endings with Severus dead, in Azkaban, a second-class citizen in the power of the Ministry, or Hermione married to that idiot Ron, etc. I'm tempted to wait until the story is complete so I can check the ending before reading it! However, the category list has "Romance" rather than "Angst", so may I hope? Regardless ofwhat you choose to do with your story, I appreciate the work you've put into it. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your review. Please don’t worry – this is a romance. However, Severus is in a difficult place at the beginning of this story. First, he still sees Hermione as a student, a girl and now as a problem. Severus is fully ensconced in the Dark Lord’s camp without Dumbledore to back him or turn to. Second, as things progress he is being forced into things with Hermione by the Dark Lord and others. Emotionally Severus will have to deal with more than Hermione, and do things to maintain his 'role' as a Death Eater. All will be exxplained - in time.
That said, there are scenes that are reflective and similar to Traitor and I felt compelled to credit the author, simply because I was greatly influenced by her story. However, I am on a different track …
I enjoyed this prompt and hoped someone else would take it up. :)

Loved Hagrid's patronus and the idea of hiding professor grubbly-plank and Cillian's mum.
Looking forwards to seeing Cillian join forces. Can't be long until the final battle!

Hermione using Severus' name finally and initiating... but yes, there are some things that are esculating and building. I hope to update soon. This is definitely one of my all-time favorite fanfics, and Cillian is one of my favorite OCs. I do hope you'll use him in a future story or stories. He's such a great character, it would be a shame to waste him.May there be a hex on anyone or anything that keeps you from updating more often. "grins"

Thank you very much. Cillian is a great guy to write. He's like Severus in many ways. Dunno about future stories, I tend to make what I need to fill in gaps when writing. No, it was getting my chapter ready for posting. RL and challenges got in the way too. Sorry. I'm back to work on it though. Thak you so much for the support and the review.

Yay! I agree and early christmas gift, I love this story so much! And I really love that you write such nice long chapters! That Belinda is a real Bitch with a capital B, I think she is the one who slipped Hermione the book. And how will Severus protect Hermione if the Dark Lord decides he has other plans for her? Both Belinda and Lucius have hinted that her time is limited and only at the Dark Lords Whims. I really loved that it is Luna who is able to give Hermione insite on how to establish are groundwork for successful Occlumency. Luna is one of my very favorite characters. Thanks so much for the update and I will try to patiently wait for more. :)

LOL sometimes long chapters are good and other ways they are a hinderance. Especially in the clean up phase. Yes, Belinda is a B!tch. I wrote her to be that way! lol 
sh, she did. But since the book was destroyed, Severus can't prove it. Yep, Hermione is at the Dark Lord's whims. He thinks he can use her as a pawn. Lucius and Belinda are right. Severus only has her because the Dark Lord allows him to have her. But they were handfasted in August. The handfasting lasts only one year and a day. 
It made sence back when I started having Hermione start Occlumency with Severus that she would build a memory palace. If you recall, Hermione has the foundations for a memory palace already in her mind - the corridors she uses and books. Now she has books on how to make a memory palace. I like Luna too. Remember the 'stretching scene? Loved typing that one. Luna to me is really smart, and sees things as they are - no distortions. You'll see more of her as time goes on.You are very welcome for the update. I hope to have another chapter out soon. dunno how soon, but working on it. Hugs~
I feel like Christmas has come early! This is my favorite story! So did Severus know she was going to be given to Lestrange? He might need to reconsider getting her pregnant. Not that a pregnancy would last long given the jinxes sent her way. I'm guessing Belinda put the book in the bag when she moved it? And poor Cillian. I know he's a Deatheater, but nobody deserves a sister like that. But I really like him.

Well, then you are very welcome. I'm deeply flattered that you like this one so much. No, I bet the fact that Hermione might be give to Lestrange was a bit of a shock, but then he knows how the Dark Lord opperates. No, he won't get her pregnant. He will not trap her anymore than she has to be for now.If he did get her pregnant, yes, the abuse (and it's going to get rough) would be a problem.Shhh. yes. Only Severus will never be able to prove it since he destroyed the book.Cillian has a DE brother and one who is a supporter. Belinda is so much like Bellatrix in her devotions, only she's bored with her husband.

I wonder if Calming Draught is addictive? I'm thinking that's probably Severus' best bet for the handfasting and the 'year-and-a-day' that he's going to have to be with her.

Severus is playing a dangerous game here. And will Hermione go to Hogwarts with him? It'd be interesting to read the reaction of the others like Luna, Ginny, etc.

It's a romance... hummmm?Isn't that an aspcet of Severus, the danger he faces - the role he plays, part of what makes him so dreamy?Ginny, Luna, Neville and other Gryffindors. That is a good point? hummmm?
