Aren't all photos such as the ones in the magizine taken with the person's knowledge? I know that in Playboy and Playgirl, the 'model' for the poses has to sign forms and agrements. How did they get the photos, since they were published without Severus' knowldge, he can possibly sue. Kate and William did.  I've known other celebs that sued over pictures. Surely Playwitch is in a real hot water, er, cauldron here.

Ahem. Rita Skeeter's a dead witch walking. And when Severus finds out which of his colleagues is responsible for that quote and the artfully taken photographs, well, I imagine the Half-Blood Prince can devise an appropriate punishment that might make them wish for death.

You are amazing, wonderful, terrific, did I say amazing?  What a GREAT chapter.  I laughed so hard (even though it hurt my throat to do so).  Poor Severus must be at least slightly torn between seeking revenge and never leaving his quarters again now that he knows why everyone is staring at him.  I suppose walking (mostly) nude into the Great Hall could put a stop to the batting of eyelashes...
