I too am looking forward to her explanation of her wants from a relationship. Hopefully it won't give poor Sev a heart attack...

You write like a dream; your turn of phrase and descriptive powers are superb, as are your characterisations (SS in particular is very 'in character' in my opinion.) I'm also relieved to learn that Severus 'is not that kind of girl'! (Humour is great too!) :-)

This is terrific! I grew up listening to the Beetles, so I had to check this story out (dating myself again). Glad I did! You have a very pointed and wry sense of humor that I really appreciate and your timing is just right. I'm going to read the rest ASAP!

Wow - thank you so much for the delightful review! I had great fun writing this story, and spent far too much time selecting the tunes for chapter titles. My poor husband (NOT a fan of the Beatles - I don't know what's wrong with him!!) had to endure several weeks of me humming and singing and playing the songs at every turn. Ha!I cannot tell you how happy I was to read your comments ... I've never attempted to write anything light-hearted before, and I felt like a fraud just selecting the "humour" category. This review made me breathe a huge sigh of relief. Thank you again!!

I've only just come across this fic - and wow what a fic! This is absolutely brilliant; one of the very best I've come across in ages! 'Snape's Taxi Service - Always ready to assist the stranded witch in need': Could most definitely do with that service myself (hehe) !You've really got me hooked now and I can't wait for the next update (what a cliffy you've left us on!) The dear Potions master acting like a randy teenager eh?! I just loved their unexpected 'build up' of sexual awareness/tension between them - I don't think I've ever seen it written better! And as for the way you've managed to so appropriately incorporate The Beatles song titles into your story main title and chapter titles - well that's just pure genius I reckon! :-)

What an amazing, lovely review! Flattery will get you everywhere, my dear...I greatly appreciate your comments, especially since this was the first time I'd written anything light or humorous. I doubt it was what the giftee expected, but I suppose we are all just slaves to our muses at times. I'm so pleased to learn people are enjoying it! Yay!!I think the Beatles titles were my favourite part of writing this! And now that I'm posting it, I've them all stuck in my head again!!

Yes! That's the spirit!!! Now you can understand why this is 20 chapters when it could have easily been 10 -- I couldn't stop myself from breaking it up more so I could incorporate MORE Beatles tunes!! :DI must add, however, how very PLEASED my husband was when I had finished this story ... Seems I spent each day singing whatever title (tune) I was writing, and he grew a tad weary of having the Beatles always stuck in his head!

Hey, Hermione got off easy--Sev had to show his knickers to half of Hogwarts when the Marauders had him upside-down in the air! She only had an audience of one. Love the story still, and I particularly like how every chapter (and the overall title) is taken from a different Beatles song! I love the Beatles...Can't wait to see how she finally decides to hold on to "Professor Pervert"! Hee hee.

That's an excellent point - I suppose they have the exposed knickers bit in common, as well as being the butt of practical jokes. So glad you like the Beatles titles - I had great fun selecting them! I normally write 4k-word chapters, but this story's are much shorter, simply because I was enjoying the Beatles tunes as chapter titles. :D Thanks so much for the lovely review and stars!
