Harry and Ron play a prank on Snape, but have no idea what actions and reactions it might cause, and who will get entangled in the magic.
This is a sequel to "Valentine Mischief."

Terrific story, and a sort of double cliffie - what was he going to say before he fell asleep? Will he reject her in the morning for the usual reasons - injured pride at the fore I daresay - ?

Great premise and well written, but I usually prefer a little bit less 'lemon' in my fiction. Although that is a personal preference and nothing to do with your abilities - and you did put the proper wards up.For my two knuts worth -I am very much with redheaddoxy - you wouldn't want him to relapse!
Also what will Dumbledore have to say?I say give Harry and Ron a taste of their 'own medicine' (Insert evil laugh). Cheers

I always like suggestions *g* Sometimes, I even listen to my betas, recommending changes. Occasionally, I take hints from my readers and work them into the story. So you will have to continue reading to find out what I did :-))
Thank you so much for the update, a very well written chapter as always:-)Based on your replies to other reviewers I do fear that Severus will hurt Hermione, intending to do so, to protect his fragile ego. If he does (and most stories have plots based on him doing so), he is no better than Harry and Ron with regards to other peoples feelings. If that is the scenario to come, could you then please at least not let Hermione forgive him by the first sloppy excuse he utters in her direction, usually in the seccond to last chapter? It would be nice if, still based on that my hunch of Severus hurting Hermione for some idiotic reason, he has to pay a price for his actions and actually has to do an effort to undoe the damage, earn her forgiveness and prove that she can trust him to not play games with her feelings again?And don't forget the revenge on Ron and Harry, as much as I want my happy ending for Severus and Hermione, I want the two dunderheads to pay a price for their idiotcy!Update again soon!!!

Hi, dear!Now then - an update should be possible next week, as soon as my betas have erased my mistakes. And I have done my last minute changes :-) It will be a long chapter, and I guess you will be killing me for the cliff hanger. In this Story, Snape's ego isn't fragile, and he is not trying to protect himself. Actually, you shouldn't read my replies to other reviews ;-))I won't tell you what the plot is here, you'll have to wait, but actually, he cares a lot about her feelings. Concerning revenge: you'll learn about that in the next chapter as well *g*

Of course I have to read your replies, I could be so lucky that you "slipped" and let out some information about what to come....:-)) I don't kill authors for evil cliffhangers, that would be a bad idea if I want to know what happens next. Collecting rotten tomatoes and taking aim, that is something completly different:-)))

I must admit, I like to give little hints. And they are all true :-)Hmmm, rotten tomatoes - is that a threat? Is it wise to threaten an author you want to end the story to your satisfaction?? I could kill them both... I could let her fall in love with Ron (hehehe!)... he could be gay and revolted by women... Better think about the tomatoes again and change them into a nice box of chocolate frogs. I might fall for bribery, you know *g*

Poor Hermione to be left in the dark about what he was going to say, especially as she has just realised she is falling in love. I do also hope that once Severus is ok again he sorts out some revenge on Harry and Ron!

this story is so intense, in a really good way, emotionally as well as sexually. it was so hard to see how much pain he was in at the beginning of the chapter and then - wow! i am very interested to see what happens the next time they see each other.

Exhausted, confused, worried about him... she certainly has a lot to think about.
I hope they had been using a scourgify here and there even if it would be painful to do, I am having trouble not imagining that the anal came before the oral and am a little squicked. Anyway hope you keep to your word and update quickly.

I would love to have me some snape, but am feeling sorry for hermione she must be completely chaffed(sp?) no matter how much she wants it at this point.
