I just found this this morning... love it! Terrific ending to a terrific story... the sad section was absolutely heart-wrenching, but it all came out right, which I like. And the yummy bits were just that. Hope to see more from you; happy writing!

Overall, a very good story. I like how you wrote the last chapter from that kids POV - a nice touch. Thanks for the enjoyable read!

I know there is an epilogue, which I'm headed off to read, but the story could have ended right here. Enough resolution to make me very happy (they kissed! they made love! he said he loved her!), and enough hope that the future will pan out for the finally-happy couple. Such a good story! And I'm normally not a SS/HG shipper!! So you know you've done well.

Really, I didn't intend to write the epiloge. I was happy with this a little open ending. But then the nagging started and as there will be a sequel, I thought I could as well finish it properly.What is your ship then?Thanks so much for all your reviews!

I started out a diehard Dramione fan, but now I really enjoy HP/HG as well as LM/HG and SS/HG. I've even read one Bill/Hermione that seemed like it was going to be very good, but now appears it might be abandoned. :( I HATE that. As for what I write, I've written DM/HG, HP/HG and LM/HG. Alright, so it would be easier to say what I DON'T Like, LOL...

What a tumultuous chapter!! Such a ride, so painful and beautiful at once. I have to admit I had trouble seeing Hermione doing what she did to Severus, but in context of this story, it really did fit. And I love how you ended it...there must be hope~

Fantastic story, characterisation, just everything! Really enjoyed this, I'm so glad they got together in the end. To be honest I have expected it to end in tears entirely, equally as satisfying of course but you don't get that lovely fluffy feeling that crops up when things go right.Thanks again for sharing and I look forward to the possibility of a sequel?

I think this was the most... detailed one I wrote so far, so I can't offer that much in the same line. how about "Detention"? It's a one shot I've written some months ago, but maybe you like it.And I promise to write more smut. Actually, a plot bunny bit me yesterday, triggered by a review for LotM. It will be very, very dirty *g*Interested in a pre-read?? 
Oh, and I don't mind claws. As long as you only show them, I consider it motivation!

The previous ending was just fine, but this was good too. :) I especially liked that it was from the point of view of a terrified student - what a shock for the poor boy!

It's a very well done ending to an amazing story, don't you worry about that. You tidied up quite nicely all loose knots. I always love fics which let a little bit to the reader's own imagination, i.e. how they're going to live their life.During the fic, I felt so very sorry for Severus being in so much pain during this special night and for Hermione being so unhappy with her life after. He was also unhappy but he had to thank himself for that.But now all is fine & well - I simply suck for happy endings. Thanks a lot for writing and giving me a wonderful time.

I'm so glad that she didn't act on her first instinct and leave! They have a lot to discuss, but their relationship has promise. I liked the light-hearted ending with Dumbledore and Lupin showing up ready to hex. Very well done. :)

Thank you so very much. I thought about a nasty ending for about one and a half seconds and discarded the idea immediately. Enough pain in this story without them separating! So a nice, easy end. And maybe an epilogue soon.
You really captured the pain and hurt Hermione was experiencing completely, and Severus lack of understanding about where she was coming from and what that night did to her, as well as his abandoning her afterwards. Bravo.

I have the vague feeling that they have more years of joy ahead of them. And of course I wanted Hermione to be adult when she came back to him. Not that I have anything against Student/Teacher relationships (have wrote one or two myself) but I really think in this story they needed some distance.Thanks for reviewing!
Well the morning after was fantastic - I loved how you wrote Hermione worrying but then she saw the rose - something so simply but it spoke loudly. I loved the whole Remus and Albus in the kitchen thing and the aftermath that occurred - it was funny how you wrote them finally realizing that Severus was Severus - good work.
