Well you know I loved it! I'm already intrigued. I can't wait until Hermione is 'kidnapped' by Severus...how morbid is that? Oh lordie....Can't wait for the next chapter!

oh boy!!!i'm quite excited to join in on this onewhile i was totally enthralled with LTE and lucky to stumble on it after it was already completed, i was secretly intrigued, wondering how would it feel to be able to follow along from scratchlooking forward to what looks to be quite a promising adventure

Thank you so much for the update :)))) I'm glad that you lost your patience for once ;) Will you update once a week? A very interesting chapter! I love it that your heros have to sort everything out, to do research, to discuss things, it's stimulating to read all their guessing... (and I'm happy that my problems are so minuscule in comparison). Your Ron is very believable and likable. I felt sorry for Narcissa, how humillitating! And will Harry's Snape-trap snap?

Thank you. I'm going to try to update once per week. The only bad thing is that my beta is really busy right now, and it's hard for her to fit me into her 18 hour days. Hopefully, after Christmas, things will return to normal. :)I'm going to try to do Ron justice in this story and keep him likable, none of the whinging stuff and all that. Snape had better watch out for Harry, I'd say.Smile.
I don't mind you not waiting for things to calm down at SH. I've been waiting for this chapter for too long a time ;)

Actually, I do like Narcissa getting what she got. It seems... right. She deserves to be made to feel this way by him, after what she did to him with the Unbreakable Vow.

You've certainly started this story off with a bang! Er, no pun intended. I enjoyed your keeping each character so very close to canon in their descriptions and behavior, while telling a story that is all your own. Please update this one regularly, and don't leave us hanging!

I have just bookmarked "Flight of the Prince" as one of the stories that I'm looking very much forward to follow! By the way: I hope that you will update "Like Sands Through the Hourglass" soon? It's a marvellous story, too - a must-read for all SSHG-readers!

Thanks. My beta has "Sands" right now, but she's been horribly swamped at work, and I'd hate to ask her to let me send it to someone else. If I don't hear anything more in a couple of days, I will ask her what she'd like me to do, maybe send a hint. ;)

Good. Although, I really think that Snape knew all about the Horcruxes, which is why Dumbledore sent for him specifically (and not Madam Pomfrey) at the end of book 6. Other than that, though, wonderful!

I am uncertain if Snape knew about them or not, but I would hope that he did. For the purposes of my story, he does know about them and intends to retrieve specific information about them left by Dumbledore. As far as canon, I assumed he wanted Snape because he knows more about Dark magic (having helped to heal his arm already) and healing for it while Pomfrey's just a "normal" nurse, and it's a plus that Snape's an Order member and his right hand... or is McG his right hand? Ah, well, his left hand then. LOL Thanks for reading. The next bit is with my beta, though she seems to have gone on holiday. :(
Very good. I thought the part with Narcissa was excellent -- that he saw what she most feared and chose that as the price. I also really liked the scene at the Burrow, even though I don't generally like Ron/Hermione.
All in all, I'm going to continue reading!

I'm not much on Ron/Hermione either. Thankfully, I won't keep them together all that long. Many people hate the part with Narcissa, but I am fond of it. Thank you very much.
Well, I agree Ron was definitely hotheaded, but I think some of it was justified. For one, he's young and he does love Hermione. He thought he would be saving her from a terrible situation. However, most of his actions were selfish, because I think underneathe it all, he was mostly mad because it appears that Hermione actually likes being with Snape.Hermione will have a lot of confused feelings and guilt to work through, but man, Snape was pleased, eh? LOVE IT! I neeed more!

Oh I really liked SS/HG here! He doesn't want to make love with her because he was remembering Lily. And perhaps she is finally becoming less confused about how she feels. The only thing I am absolutely sure that she still feels for Ron is guilt because Severus seems to be replacing him.

I enjoyed the part where Ron learned the truth. I think it would be only natural for him to feel the way he did. Harry felt the same way at first too, and if it hadn't been for Minerva, he would have thought the same as Ron. Of course Ron is mad and had unkind thoughts of Hermione, she is his girlfriend! Well done.I am curious about Rabastan. Is he truly Snape's friend, or is he on a mission from the Dark Lord?Lastly, the morning after was great! I love how Hermione thought Snape was only acting (but was he really?) and got her feelings hurt. She can fight it all she wants (Snape too), but something is definitely happening between them! Off for more!
