love the "filthy" malfoys in the chicken coop, and the sex that wasn't really sex was just as hot .... was that a hot flush or was it just Southern's brilliance?....

I'm also glad Hermione's parents were so understanding and accepting. She and Severus both deserve some happiness after everything!

I love this as an ending. The angst was perfect, and Hermione's talk with Ron, well done.  I totally loved that the first thing she saw entering Severus' home was the book - lol on that one!I'm sorry to see this wonderful story end, but I've enjoyed each chapter, (even if I forgot to tell you that and leave a review on each one - sorry)

You know you did have me terrified for a while there, thinking Hermione was going to do the dutiful thing and end up with Ginger-Boy.  Nothing against Ronniekins, but Snape's Da Man!  Lovely lovemaking here at the end.  I'm so glad they ended up together.  Now I get to go read the story again from the beginning!

You're writing is wonderful, as always. 

I'm sad to see the story end, but I agree that this seems like a perfect place to do so.

Liked his patronus changing to match hers, and it's very understandable for his character to want her to take time to make sure she has no doubts.  Also liked the idea of her writing her own account of the war.

I am glad there was not much angst at the end. I think they had already had many hurdles to overcome, and just deciding that they wanted each other was difficult enough. I am glad that Ron did not take the breaking up too hard. He probably already suspected that she would end things. It's nice that Hermione's parents are willing to accept Severus, even with all of his history. I don't know if I'd be that understanding. :)

I love where you went with this story, Sun!  It has a nice story arc and leaves us - well, me anyway - feeling satisfied.  I'm sorry I didn't review often, but you should know that this was one of the stories that I always did a little happy dance jiggle over whenever I saw it had been updated.  Thank you for the wonderful read!

YAAAAAAY!!! I love weddings--er, happy endings! Drinks all around!! :P Epilogues are always good (as long as they're not the DH Epilogue!) I think you chose well.  This ending feels very solid and secure, like the way you've painted this relationship.  I appreciate your take on the Ron/Hermione break-up as well.  War changes people and I would like to think that Ron is capable of growing and maturing a little bit.  Even if he doesn't want to.  Overall this is an excellent story.  Your writing is intense, action-packed and also tender which makes for a compelling story.  Thanks for posting.  I look forward to your next adventure, JoAnne
