I think you ended this at a good place. Hermione needed that time away from both Ron and Severus, just as much as Severus needed time away from her to sort through his own issues.

I'd be worried that something else would come up if you had continued it any further. I think this ending is perfect!

I loved it, this story was such a pleasure to follow.  I take my hat off to you Southern you spin a tale that really draws your readers in for the ride of their lives.

Thank you for sparing us from the angst. I think they all went through enough of that. It ended well without it, and didn't end abruptly (I've seen "I'm so tired of this story so here's the end" endings--yuck!). If you do write an epilogue, I'd love to see what happened with Rastaban (yes, you actually made me care about what happened to a Deatheater) and I'd like to see Ron end up with someone other than Lavender (because actions always have consequences and he still hasn't learned that).

I like the fact that they did eventually end up together, afterall I do love a happily ever after!

Your ending is perfect, but I will say I so enjoy your writing that I would be very much interested in seeing an epilogue. I would be intrigued to know how _you_ see them together in, oh, a few years, perhaps?  It's hard for me to see a favorite story come to an end, so anything that prolongs the joy is welcome!

Snape and Narcissa are so tragically beautiful in this chapter.

This is absolutely amazing so far.  Your trio are quite a bit brighter than they were in canon.  The details and seeing how it's coming together is fascinating.

Well, that was unexpected.  It was very uncomfortable to read Snape raping Narcissa with no warning in the header, but I've been looking forward to reading this story for a long time, and I'm not going to let stop me.

Nice wrap up to a very enjoyable story.  No need (IMO) for an eplogue--it's great as is.

This does seem like the right place to end it, all right, though an epilogue would certainly be welcome should you decide to add one. It's a good story and I think you've told it well, and it's always a shame to have to see good stories end—but at the same time, they do have to end or they risk becoming ridiculous.

I've enjoyed what you've done with this story and I could see myself coming back to it again (which I don't often do), so well done.

I do like the ending to this! It seems that they could have a good future with so many people being supportive.
