I am a classically trained singer with three children. I love Star Trek and have watched probably every episode of every series. Favorite HP charaters are Snape and McGonagall. (not as a couple.)

Hurrah! But seriously, why aren't all of these on your ffnet account? SO glad I joined this website...Great story! I kept almost-crying, and I'm at uni at the moment, so that would have been... well, most inappropriate.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Most inappropriate indeed! ~tissue? This is a great site. I'm glad you found it. There are so many stories here that I haven't had time to upload to FFN. Also many of them are drabbles for Saturday Night, and I don't think to load them up until it's way late. But I should, and I probably will at some point. :) Glad you liked this.
WOW! What a neat clean up job you have done with the villains and thanks for the happy ending! I read this straight through and loved every minute of it. I hope you win!!!! This was very 'in canon' and I give you an Outstanding!

! I'm very glad you enjoyed it and thought so highly of it. Don't forget to vote in the challenge. Whether you vote for this fic or not, the more people who vote, the better it is for all of us!
I really liked this story and am sad it is ending. But you gave us a happy ending and the villains have been punished.Thank you for writing your take on the challenge. I liked it very much.

I'm glad you liked it apisa. It was fun to write. Thank you for following it to the end.
So, I love how you handled the Dumbledore thing. I love the idea of him being stuck with his own thoughts for so long and only being able to dwell on what he did to everyone.
I'm glad Severus got the appology he didn't even know he needed. I can only imagine how huge of a weight that would have been lifted with those words.
I'm also glad to see the toad and Lestrange being hauled of to Azkaban, may they rot forever.
Much Love

Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Oh, they'll rot all right! And Severus really did need that from Albus. After searching fruitlessly, he was feeling pretty guilty. Now he knows he doesn't need to. Opens the door for him to begin a new life... filled with Hermione.
Wow, I didn't realize I fell so far behind with my reading! I pulled up this fic today to start trying to catch up and I see that its already completed!
I'm very happy that the bad guys have been foiled and even more excited that we know what happened to Dumbledore. I hope there aren't any huge repercussions from him being Staute-Man for 6 years. I'm just going to have to go to the next chapter and see for myself!
Much Love,

Slacker! That's okay. We all live in the real world. I'm glad you are catching up. Hope you enjoy the rest.
Bravo for happy endings.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Yes, they're wonderful, aren't they? Thanks so much!
Beautiful ending, Hermione and Severus get happily ever after, and Umbridge and Lestrange get life in Azkaban prison. Everything is as it should be.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Heh, dang right! No escapees here. Umbridge and Lestrange will spend the rest of their days with the kitties. And Hermione and Severus will spend the rest of their days with each other!
Thank goodness Dumbledore didn't waste away in his own mind for the time he was prisoner. I am so glad Umbridge finally got her dues!!
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Dumbledore is a calculative and clever wizard. Luckily, he was able to keep his mind from slipping into insanity. That would have truly been tragic... despite his penchant for meddlesome behavior.
Hmmm. I thought it was Dumbledore that was being held prisoner. I just hope that being stuck like that for 6 years has not made him insane.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
And you were oh, so right! At least he had a good reason for being gone and untraceable for all that time.
Meddling old man. He nearly completely ruined the first spontaniously ramantic thing Severus has ever done. I really loved this story.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
That's a good way of putting it! Lucky that Hermione is quick thinking and helped to save the day. I'm so glad you enjoyed this! Thank you for all your wonderful and thoughtful reviews.
Ha! I love Hermione's revenge on Umbridge's precious kittens. At least now they are getting to the bottom of things.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
They are. They'll have all the pieces soon.
Yes! I knew Hermione would get it in the end. Now they need to kick some Umbridge ass!
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Indeed they do!
What a terrible situation. Niether of them being able to communicate with the other.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
It's frustrating as all get out for Severus, and poor Hermione only knows that he can hear her, but not what he might think of anything she says.
Yay! She sang like a canary. One would think she would have been more wary of the ex-student she tortured for a year. Good for Harry. Now let's hope Hermione can save Severus.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
You would think she would be. I think, though, that Umbridge is very full of herself. She would never imagine that she could be duped or that anyone would have the guts to even try.
Ha ha. Turn about is fair play. I hope she spills her guts! Poor Hermione. She really did not think about what it would be like to have Snape like that araoun all the time.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
I think it's like most things. You have an idea of what something will be like, but it's always much more intense than what you expect. How horrible it would be to have to see someone you respect, and well, love, be like this.
Oh my. That is definately a worse punishment that death would have been. Thank goodness for Hermione's quick thinking.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Yep. We've already established what a @!$% Umbridge is. If he'd wound up with here there might have been little left to save.
Evil, twisted, coniving B+*@ch. I hope there is some magical residue left that explains what happened in rhe trial.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
She's all that, all right. It's amazing how evil she is. And willing to work with who-knows-who to achieve her goals.
Whew. Severus has absolutely no chance against those two terrible plotters. I think I may have a slight suspicion as to who the imprisoned wizard may be...
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
And you may well be right on the mystery prisoner. Severus really is in it deep. He has no idea how twisted everything will become soon.
Wow. Somebody really has it in for Severus. I can't wait to find out who it is. At least Kingsley has the good sense to follow the old addage "keep your freinds close and your enemies closer"!
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
True for Kingsley. Poor Severus really does have an enemy.
Ok, I'm sadistic - I think that Umbridge and Lestrange got exactly what they deserved. Did part of their duties incluse scrubbing toliets? Say yes and make my day! Please....Oh, and Merlin, but leave it to Albus to pop the cork before the party started! Goading Severus like that.I love how it took Hermione a while to catch on that he wasn't jsut showing her. Very nice ending. That you so much for this story, you did a great job and it was quite enjoyable.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Scrubbing toilets was one of the nicer things they had to do. I think some of the Aurors made them kneel on the floor and shine their shoes... the Muggle way.
Thank heavens Hermione saved the proposal by keeping a clear head. Albus really doesn't know when to shut it, even after all that time as a statue.
Whooot! Umbridge is off to the pokey! Yippeee!I almsot expected a Polyjuiced version of Dumbledore the way he was babbling so OC until he said how he'd had nothing but his memories to keep him sane. I suppose a good long mental reevaluation was in order. At least Kingsley has seen the light!
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
LOL, yeah. Who would have thought he'd act that way, right? I think he felt a tiny bit of guilt which became a lot of guilt given the lack of other things to think about.
Interesting beginning. I can understand the Ministry being adamant to round up every last Death Eater, but I thoight Kingsley would be more leniant.
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Thanks, I hope you enjoy the rest of it. I think Kingsley feels a little pushed into the corner by the adamancy of the Wizengamot. Silly him, being the Minister, but he's new... well, not that new!
Great story. I've enjoyed reading all of it, though it was hard when Severus had been Hollowed, I'm glad that Albus also was found. And happy endings make me happy! *g* Thanks for taking the time to share this wonderful fic with us!
Response from debjunk (Author of Empty)
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it, even though poor Severus was 'out of it' for a while. That part was hard for me too, but the knowledge that everything would work out in the end kept me going.

And off they ride into the sundset... on two brooms, of course.
Very fitting ending to this tale! So nice to see everything is rounding up quite nicely and some things never change *giggles*.
Author's Response: Some things definitely never change! Albus better watch it, or some day he's going to really get killed by an irate Snape!
