Thank you so much for the update. I am trilled that Severus went after Hermione and that they decleared their love for eachother, it wouldn't be fair to this magnificient story if chapter after chapter had been spent on them in "woe me who doesn't deserve to be loved" mood. I look forward for Umbrigde to get her due:-))

Thank you so much! Although the 'woe is me' factor can be fun to read, I think this Severus has had an overabundance of time to think. Being unable to do anything has made him take the reigns and go for it. For him, there's no time to waste. Carpe Diem and all that!
Ohhhh, gods, too many things can go wrong!! What if Sev makes the mistake of not acting properly? What if Umbridge goes to someone else with it? Does Harry know enough about Obliviates to alter memories if it does happen that way? What if Sev has to run? >.<

Oh, what if all that happens? Goll, hopefully it won't! I think Severus' background would keep him from being found out. But... anything can happen, right? These guys are smart and quick, so hopefully even if the plan turns south, they'll be able to get themselves out of it.
Yeah! He's free, somewhat. Umbridge is so in trouble, isn't she?

Oh I loved the scene with Umbridge. Especially the Oblivate! She so deserves worst. Too bad Harry didn't record or have a witness to her comfession. That would have been perfect. I'm glad Hermione decided to kiss his forhead. He needs caring and contact.

Umbridge definitely deserved worse! But, for now, nothing can be suspected. I think Hermione is very caring. Despite her thinking that Severus probably hates her, she can't help herself but be kind.
Oh and to think, Severus could hear all of that exchange! I hope Harry is successful and doensn't slip up with Umbridge.

Umbridge come clean? When pigs fly! That would mean she has a shred of decency in her. I don't think there's any shreds there.
Clever Harry! I'm glad he thought to Obliviate Umbridge afterwards. Poor Hermione! My mom was in a coma once, or near to it, and she could hear everything around her. So I would hire someone to read to him all day and play pleasant music, if I was taking care of him!

Wow, that would be so frustrating! I think Hermione might read to him all the time. If she's not too busy looking for the cure.

Oh, wouldn't that just kill you to know that you blabbed your devotion and he heard! I'd probably crawl under a rock. Hermione is much braver than I. Of course, she wants to cure him, but I don't think I could look him in the face, whether it was blank or not!

Eventually. He is trapped within himself, after all. I've kind of done it on purpose, to accentuate the awful state the poor man is in.
Hopefully the plan will work on getting the info from that hag Umbridge. I think it's sweet how Hermione explained her feelings to Harry. Very selfless.

I know she can be a know-it-all, but I've always admired Hermione's capacity to think of others and put them ahead of herself.
