A tale of set-ups, sniping and silliness in large doses. When Ginny sends in an advertisement for the 'Lonely Hearts' Section of the Daily Prophet for Hermione, neither friend really anticipates a reply--that is, until Lucius sends one behind Severus' back, neatly forcing Severus to continue the correspondence. Despite their initial arguments, Severus and Hermione soon find themselves enjoying their correspondence, though they have no idea who the other is and that they seemingly despise each other in 'real life'! How on earth will this unlikely match of mistaken identities, verbal sparring and postscripts resolve itself?

REGARDING ALL THAT'S LEFT
In case you were wondering why it vanished off the face of the earth, not to worry. It's undergoing a significant bit of revision, but it'll be back eventually. It'll probably be under a different name, too, but the premise will largely be the same. Thanks to everyone who supported me through it; I just wanted to make a few changes but it'll be back, I promise.

Thanks so much for your continued support! It means a lot. I hope so too! Stuff always seems to get in the way but I think I'll be alright. Right now I'm looking at finishing this in less than 10 more chapters. I'll try to be regular with updates since my life is a little less hectic now, but I guess we'll have to see! :]

The clock is ticking, and Lucius will have a problem soon. Well, who wouldn't like to see Lucius bathing in sweat and tears and blood? He has already done himselve in with picking up this exclusive girl. well, serves him soo right. And Severus has been there before him, isn't that jucy? ha!About Ron, you really do like him, don't you?! *lol*he behaves like... dunnoat least Hermiones correspondent turns out to be sort of her equal, interesting, and well educated and sharing some intellectual sport. That distracts her and helps her survive these tirefull afternoons she is condemned to sped with this detestable co-Professor. this poor girl. *lol*go ahead gimmemore

Ah, Ron. Predictable as always in being insensitive and demonstrating his emotional range of a teaspoon. Nice to see him finally pissing everyone off and getting his just deserts. And yay to Ginny!!!

I kinda like canon-Ron. There is a sweetness about him even with his bumbling and immaturaty. Most fan fic Ron's have overblown characteristics. Your Ron deserves a good wet noodle lashing. 
Of course, it would be great if you could rehabilitate him and clean up the friendships, but that is totally optional.

aha, my first thought had been, that Lucius had the hint from Draco and he from Ginny. But now it is a double blind. Great.At least until Draco and Lucius exchange their latest gossip. then they will know.
