Jumped on the Harry Potter bandwagon in 2000 (when Goblet of Fire was out in hardback). Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite in the series, followed by Order of the Phoenix. I read and write in the SS/HG corner of the Potterverse.

"He strongly suspected that Pomona Sprout’s plump frame was largely due to the number of handkerchiefs she carried for the average snivelling Hufflepuff first year." Very funny! I also like the allergic to sport curse - I think I've been afflicted with that myself :)

Thanks! I hoped it'd be funny.Me too, if without the blue skin.

I'd forgotten about crookshanks too. Poor Hermione.
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
A lot of other things have been going on. No wonder poor Crooks was forgotten.

Ooh, an upside to necromancy :) She saved Millicent - even if Millicent is awful. Lovely :)

Thank you! Yes, there are upsides. Just not many of them.

Oh I hope that book can help Hermione. I'm not very impressed by Minerva's actions though!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
That book will help. It's also rather dangerous. Fear is rather blinding, even for the likes of Minerva.

Oh, that kiss!! Now, as for hearing death cries...oh my goodness I am so glad I'm not Hermione.
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Glad you liked it! And Hermione's situation is certainly not to be envied.

Oh dear...boys boys boys...not a trace of tact between them. Wonderful chapter :-)

Boys will be boys... Thank you!

Scrimgeour is certainly not in his right mind! I loved the bit with Hermione attacking him. Bravo!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Definitely not! It was fun to write, too.

Awww, he's being so nice to her. I'm torn between being happy that Hermione is, in a way, getting what she wants, and being angry because she's having it forced upon her. Lovely writing :D
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Thank you! It's certainly not under ideal circumstances.

The Unbreakable vow is broken...now this should make quite a different story from HBP (well, at least from Snape's POV, and hey, is there any other ;) ) On to the next chapter :D
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
It definitely should be quite different! Snape's is certainly one of the most interesting POVs.

Hmmm...very intriguing. I'm wondering about that curse scar...and the necromancy thing... must read on!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Glad to hear it! Intrigued is the response I like to hear.

Poor Snape, obsessed with Hermione, concerned about her, and having to hide it all from everyone - and not doing a good job at that either. *fingers crossed*
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Poor Snape indeed. I certainly didn't make it easy for him.

I'm intrigued to know how it is that Hermione has come back from the dead. And I love the way Severus think of her - all warm and fuzzy. I hope everything works out!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Delighted to hear it! It will in the end, although it does take a sequel or two to manage it.

Wow - that was quite emotive :D I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of this.

Thank you! I hoped it would be, and that you'll enjoy the rest of it.

Uhh, are they talking about CPR?Geez they're retards lol haha thinking CPR means someone is a necromancer... How blind can you get... lolits funny though, in a dark comedic way seeing as it involves lots of pain & deathbut good one lol
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Nope, not CPR, although that has occurred to me as something to include if I ever do a parody version of this fic.Unfortunately for Hermione, she really is a necromancer. Or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, as she was dead and beyond all aid, magical or Muggle, by the time anyone reached her after the car crash.
Response from Duchess_Of_Arcadia (Reviewer)
yeah i realised that after the next couple of chapters lol, i was thinking it would be cool to write a complete joke with a different plotline but with hermione "dying" & being revived by cpr, ending up not being anything special at all except being revived by cpr as i went on reading this but if you already had the idea & want to do that then by all means, i just love a good laugh so if u did it that would keep me satisfied lolbtw so far i really like the story & the direction its taking even though its nothing like what i originaly was thinking. :)
ARRRRRGHHH!!!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
I got that response quite a bit at this stage of the story. Nothing like a raging mob complete with torches and pitchforks to let me know I probably succeeded with my aim there!
Solar Plexus, instep, nose, groin AND the muggle equivalent of an unregistered Desert Eagle .50! Love IT!This IS a great day, Hermione kicked the Minister's ARSE!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Thank you! The Minister certainly deserved that arse kicking.
I really the necromancer ideda, it is so full of possibility! And the added insight to everyone's thoughts is great, even Tom's. no one does that. I like it. This is shaping up to be excellent. I've been on th edge of my seat since the prologue!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Thank you! I did my best to explore that possibility. Glad you like the exploration of POVs I used. Voldemort was fun to do!
Wow, awesome! But the ending is killing me! So sad... but like I said a great fic, I read it straight through!
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Thank you! Hopefully the sequel will bring you back to life with a happier ending.
Gehhh. Evillll. Please please pleasee post the sequel up soon. Please?
Cliff hanger. Beyond reason.
Good job on the story.
Response from ayerf (Author of Redivivus)
Evil? Me? Um, yeah, 'spose I am. Cliffhangars are my speciality. I have started posting a sequel on this site ('Tabula rasa'), although not the 'real' sequel. However, you'll be pleased to hear that I'm going to attempt to get both sequels finished by the release of Book 7. But finished does not necessarily mean posted, so please be patient.
Thanks for your review!
